Excellent location

Very comfortable and close to everything. IMPORTANT The parking is chico Trucks do not enter ( Toyota hilux, Amarok, Ford ranger, none of those sizes) It is also very important that the vehicle gates are closed because if they are left open, a fine of $1000 will be charged for each time it is left open and that is the responsibility of the guest who will be charged directly with the host or by the Airbnb platform

You'll be sorry to leave. I recommend reading guest reviews. Impeccable studio apartment, bright, quiet, fully equipped. It will give you the feeling of being the first to use everything. The building has a laundry, gym and rooftop with lounge chairs and tables, limited to guests. Magnificent location: one block from the beach; close to all kinds of shops, restaurants, and shopping center. Free street parking.

Beautiful apartment in one of the best spots of Montevideo. Walking distance to Montevideo Shopping Center, World Trade Center, restaurantes and nightclubs. Supermarket and convenience stores nearby. 15 minutes from Montevideo’s downtown, 30 min from the airport and close to all the places of interest.
