Very comfortable and clean apartment, with excellent location very close to Pocitos beach. Check-in is done alone but there is a doorman in the building and before arriving Martín leaves super clear instructions. The kitchen is well equipped and Martin always answered and resolved my doubts and requests to make my stay more comfortable. The only thing I didn't expect is that the balcony in the room opens directly to the main street and there are no curtains/blinds, but there are doors that block the light and glass doors to open. Don't forget to climb to the top floor where the gym is and a terrace with amazing views of Pocitos and the Rio de la Plata!

10/10. The apartment is just like the photos and was very clean and tidy, one of the cleanest I've ever been to and it's something I personally appreciate a lot. The area is very nice for a walk, although the complex is on an avenue, the neighborhood is quiet, and the beach is very close, a couple of blocks away. We did all the shopping in the market in front, very convenient. As for Gonzalo and Karen, they were super helpful and very clear when communicating. Highly recommended ☺️👌🏻

For those who are concerned about not having a view of the street, I can assure you that this does not hinder the stay at all and does not cause any discomfort. I had only two minor problems in the lodging, an air conditioner that was not working and the electronic lock that in the last day gave some problem that triggered an alarm, but still functioning normally. But I'm sure Pablo will solve these small problems, as it has a proactivity and a willingness to do so. In the most excellent everything, an apartment with an amazing view and a fine taste decoration, we feel great throughout the stay.

Staying with Alvaro was a pleasant experience. He is very friendly and helpful. The apartment has it all and is in a safe gated community. Only in the area there is not much to see and do.

Our stay at the house was spectacular. The beautiful neighborhood, with security, quiet. Nanim was very helpful with us. We'll definitely be back!

This was our second stay at Jessica's home . This time we met her in person and she was just as wonderful as we expected. It is a very comfortable home in a great location for a good value. It is easy to access from the airport or take a short dive into Montevideo. There are a couple of large shopping malls with good supermarkets nearby. With the beach and park nearby, it was a perfect location for us.

Our family came from the US and we spent 2 months in that cute house in Pocitos. The reservation was with Fabrizio for his uncle Stefano's house. Fabrizio helped us with a change of dates and was very friendly during all communication. Stefano was a spotless host and his home is amazing. During our time there, Stefano helped us with any questions we had and gave us recommendations for the area and other trips in Uruguay. The house is located two square meters to the rambla and Pocitos beach with many restaurants, bakeries and two supermarkets very close by. The home is unique with art and cute touches. Our family really enjoyed the patio on the second floor for coffee and relaxing in the mornings. The kitchen has all the necessities to prepare meals and the house also comes with a barbecue. We have already ordered to rent the house again next year and recommend it for families coming to Montevideo.
