Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Monte Mario

Laura is such a special host. This was my second time staying here, and she definitely made me feel at home. Due to her hospitality, this is my favorite place to stay. Laura is very kind and responsive. She is so helpful with all of her recommendations and accommodations. This Airbnb is very quiet and quaint (picture perfect). You do not even feel like you’re in such a busy city like Rome. I cannot recommend this place enough 🥰

Delightful Airbnb within walking distance of the Vatican. Good bed, fantastic bathroom, well-functioning air conditioning and cozy (enclosed) outdoor area. Bus and metro around the corner, which will take you to all the hotspots of Rome within 15 minutes. In short, a perfect base for our midweek Rome.

Firstly, the hosts were very pleasant, helpful and available for any questions or needs that we had. Helped a lot to make our stay more pleasant. The place itself is very pleasant and in a peaceful, interesting neighborhood, five minutes walk from a subway. Number of small, cozy restaurants with delicious food at very reasonable prices.

I definitely recommend this house. Very convenient, clean, and relaxed. Matteo and Rossana were very kind and friendly and helpful. The house is located just 20 seconds' walk from the station, yet it is very calm. When you get back from the center, you are very tired, but you can sit down on the sofa and relax immediately after getting off the train! There are several supermarkets and nice restaurants, etc. everything you need are all nearby, and you enjoy the beauty of nature, yet you can get to the center of Rome in just 20 minutes. I think it is much better than staying in the center for many reasons. It will promise you a very comfortable and lovely stay in Rome.

We had such a lovely stay here. It is in a perfect location - walkable to all the major tourist sites but also nestled in a lovely neighbourhood with lots of restaurants/amenities close by as well as being close to Termini Station. The flat is perfect and the bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in! Will definitely be back next time we visit Rome!

Massimiliano and his father Maurizio are, above all, wonderful people—welcoming and pleasant. They are always available to help in any situation. They provided us with excellent instructions on what to do and where to go. If we revisit Rome, we will definitely stay with them again. I highly recommend them to all future guests. 😍🤩

Great apartment, maybe a little smaller than you may think from the pictures. it's in a very quiet side street and the balcony was lovely. the kitchen is very small so I wouldn't plan on cooking however you are in the city centre with food everywhere so there's no real need. it was very clean and great value, maria who meets the guests was very nice and friendly and had lots of tips for the city. highly recommend the place

Very nice appartement for a city where appartement are usually very small. If you looking to tour and rest, it's one of the place. Spacious, very Italian, great vibe. All beddings, showers, kitchen were great. Despite the traffic, the appartement is very quiet and very large. Coming with two couple or even three you will have plenty of space. We were a party of 3 and it was really big for us, everyone had their own space. Pietro was very helpful and helped us feel welcome in Rome! Thank you!

If the location fits the schedule, I highly recommend this accommodation. It takes about 15-20 minutes on foot to the Vatican tour site. The advantage is that it is very clean. Actually, if you go to a European Airbnb, even if it is clean, there are parts that are different from Korean culture, so you often experience private inconvenience in your daily life (such as no towel rack, only a sunflower shower, and no shelf to put shampoo or body wash on) But this was the most perfect of the 4 Airbnbs I stayed in Italy. I really recommend it if the location fits the schedule. The disadvantage is that it is the 4th floor of a building without an elevator (from the ground floor, so it's actually the 5th floor). Fortunately, the stairs are not steep or sagging, so you just need to exert a little effort.

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

We arrived in Rome and our driver easily found the apartment. We loved the immediate neighborhood and Trastevere as a whole. Great restaurants nearby, especially right downstairs, and close enough to Rome’s attractions without being in the center of all the tourists. We had great communication with the hosts though we didn’t have any problems. Would definitely go back.

Perfect place to stay for the weekend celebrating the year of Jubilee at the Vatican! You are steps away from St Peter’s Square and the Basilica which made it a super ideal location to be staying as we went to the Vatican Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Check in was easy and the hosts were super responsive and proactive with recommendations. Felt like if we needed anything, we’d get a response within minutes from the hosts. The place was comfortable and perfect for just two people. We were hoping the couch would pull out into a bed so we could have two separate sleeping locations, (as listed on the booking the double bed and the couch for a place to sleep), however the couch did not pull out into a bed, so it wasn’t a sleeping option. We made do with the double size bed regardless though. All in all, great place to stay and super ideal location, close to busses and trains.

My girlfriend and I are doing a Europe tour and this spot absolutely blew the others out of the water. The space is large, great bathroom and kitchen, and the host and her family are super sweet. They even gave us complimentary champagne and snacks. I will absolutely be returning - highlight of our trip.

Great place to stay in Rome. Well connected by public transport to the center of the city (metro, bus and tranvia). It is located in an area with a lot of restaurants where you can have a local culinary experience. Mario was an outstanding host providing useful information and very attentive to our stay there. Highly recommended.

Alice’s place is exactly what you see in the pictures . Great location , walking distance to Pantheon , Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona . Many great places to eat . A few meters walk to a Carrefour Express and Pharmacy . The place is clean and the attention for checking inn was great ! Plus it has a lift ! ( unusual for old buildings)

200 meters from the metro and bus stations on the corner, 15 minutes walk to the Vatican. The apartment is very large and clean. Nothing more to say, everything was fine

Marina was an amazing host! This was a buckle list trip and not only was her space peaceful and felt like my own little apartment in Italy, she help ease my nerves on not knowing where we were going and she help answer all my questions. If you stay here, you will be very happy with your choice.

Beautiful apartment, nice terrace, I recommend it!

I stayed at Gabriele apartment for three nights with my two adult children. The property is beautiful and impeccably clean. It’s exactly as pictured and in a lovely, peaceful neighborhood that’s walking distance to the Vatican. The apartment is convenient to historic sites while maintaining the character of an authentic neighborhood that is not overwhelmed by tourists. There is a supermarket and wonderful bakery nearby. I did not meet Gabriele personally but he was frequently and proactively in touch with us to make sure that we knew how to enter the apartment and find good restaurants. When we arrived in Rome earlier than expected, Gabriele responded immediately and arranged for us to drop off our luggage early while the apartment was being cleaned ahead of our stay. I highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at Meta Roma’s apartment was fantastic! The location absolutely cannot be beat! You are less than a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum and tons of restaurants and cafés. There’s actually a really nice café/bar on the ground floor to the left when you walk out of the apartment building that has delicious croissants, fresh juice, espresso, beer, and wine. The apartment was also very clean and has a very nice small terrace for sitting outside, sipping your espresso and watching the people go by. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Rome!

Carlotta's property is simply gorgeous... super clean, lots of light, decorated to a high standard, close to San Pietro station... for this with lots of luggage or less able to walk, worth being aware that the walk from San Pietro to the apartment is fairy steep in places. Other than that, check-in was super easy, Carlotta offered us loads of recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the local area and across Rome. The apartment itself was exactly as it appears in photos... an absolutely gorgeous space, earning an easy 5-stars all round from us. I'd definitely stay here again if we came back to Rome.

Top notch apartment centrally located in Rome. Walkable to all major sights, close to great restaurants, and a grocery store. Amazing views over the ruins from the terrace. Great for people watching with coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. Apartment is small, but has everything you need, and was very clean. Bed was very comfortable which was nice after several very hard Italian beds at other stays.
