Giovanni was such a kind and gracious host. He gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area and made us feel at home.

I found the accommodation very comfortable, perfect for my needs. It's just a few steps from the gym I go to, so it's super practical. The area is very residential, quiet and well connected: it is easy to get around both on foot and by public transport. The hosts were really kind and helpful. Although my plane was delayed, they waited for me to check in without any problems, with great courtesy. In addition to the coffee machine, I also found other useful things in the fridge: a really nice gesture and much appreciated. Communication was always clear, fast and effective. I highly recommend this place!

The apartment is very clean, very comfortable, the room is very cozy and overlooks a courtyard. Located very close to Trastevere station, with the tram to get to the centre a few minutes away. The owner was very attentive and friendly, and made everything very easy. We were very comfortable throughout the stay. Thank you very much

Paolo is an excellent host and a gentleman. My parents and I had a great time staying there. He is an extremely kind and generous and stocked the fridge full of food for us so we couldn’t have to walk in the heat.

Accommodation located in the Trastevere area, very easy to reach and in a place full of bars and nightlife and daytime. Diomira and her husband are nice, very kind and very helpful, we talked about our common passion: travel. highly recommended!!!!

We had a great time at Dario and Diana's. The accommodation is outside the center but many buses are nearby to get around easily. The accommodation was very functional, breakfast is a real plus. We didn't get a chance to meet Dario, but Diana who greeted us was great. We recommend it if you want to spend a stay in Rome!

Our stay in Rome was excellent, and much of this pleasant experience is due to Francesco. From the first moment, he was incredibly kind, always attentive and willing to help us with everything we needed. He made us feel very comfortable and welcome, as if we were at home. alsssandro is very helpful who also gave us qave us quite alot of information of nearby attractions and local food. he is also responsive to every concerns/query. the stay is praceful. clean, safe and pleasant. it is about 15mins walk from the roma termini.

Everything was as described. Comfortable and neat. The host, Marzia, was wonderful! I was in town to be near Vatican City and this location couldn’t have been much better.

The location of the apartment we stayed in was in a very good place in terms of transportation. There were markets, souvenir shops, and dining areas in the vicinity. For those who don't want to eat out, there are also the ingredients you need in the apartment kitchen. The hosts are very nice people. We walked to every place to visit, and the location was very nice in that respect. The room, bathroom, kitchen were very clean. If I come to Rome again, I'll stay here again.

Paolo's place is ideal for those of us who need to get to the Circus Maximus for an event, both on the way there using the metro (stop nearby) and on the way back on foot, it's just a walk. The room is essential, it has everything you need and Paolo is very precise and detailed in the directions to follow to make you as autonomous as possible. I also found the breakfast to be good. Recommended experience. Thank you for everything Paolo!!

Great welcome, the bedroom and bathroom are very clean and the breakfast is rich and plentiful. A very quiet home away from the chaos of downtown. I'll be back.

Beautiful bed & breakfast, at a great location in Fiumicino. Many dining options at walking distance, as well as close to the pier and the beach. Riccardo is a very friendly and helpful host and the B&B is clean and very well managed. I loved that it has A/C, and a private bathroom inside the room. I was able to coordinate airport pick up & drop off with Riccardo for an additional but reasonable fee. I will definitely come back next time I have an early flight from Fiumicino and recommend it to anyone passing by.

What can I say? In this case, 5 stars is almost too little. Very kind, responsive and attentive to details. We chose the property because in the evening we had to attend a concert at the Parco della Musica and for this purpose the property is perfect. clean, welcoming environment with everything you might need for the night. highly recommended

Caterina is helpful, kind and welcoming. The room is clean and new and the bed is very comfortable. The room has breakfast necessities, while in the common space there is a coffee maker and tea kettle. The only negative note is that the window door curtain is not very dark, so as the sun rises, the room lights up, but this is not a problem for those who can sleep even with the light. In general, it's a great solution to stay overnight in Rome and I would go back.

Really perfect location, almost opposite the metro entrance. Antonella really wants to be discreet, (I agree with the other comments, we didn't feel like we were sharing the apartment with huge volumes at all) and that you had a great stay. Vouchers for breakfasts at the cafe downstairs of the building that hosts good live musicians in the evening (no noise problem, rest assured, extremely quiet atmosphere in the room), practicality of travel with e.g. the Colosseum 15 minutes max walk, and connection with Termini train station and Vittorio Emanuele metro. Thank you for the Vespa keyrings, our daughter loved them 🥰
