Apartment holiday rentals in Monte Mario

Very nice appartement for a city where appartement are usually very small. If you looking to tour and rest, it's one of the place. Spacious, very Italian, great vibe. All beddings, showers, kitchen were great. Despite the traffic, the appartement is very quiet and very large. Coming with two couple or even three you will have plenty of space. We were a party of 3 and it was really big for us, everyone had their own space. Pietro was very helpful and helped us feel welcome in Rome! Thank you!

Nice apartment with very nice view. Once you get it in your head that it's an old building, everything goes well (capricious shower, lift accessible when no one forgets to close the doors). Edoardo is very responsive and friendly.

Licia was very friendly and welcoming. She also proactively sent information about the top attractions, transportation information, and amenities close by. Licia also arranged an airport travel service for our departure, which was worry-free and very much appreciated. The apartment was very nice and comfortable. It had all the amenities, including some tasty breakfast buns and croissants as well as coffee pods for the espresso machine. We took the bus often, which stopped right outside the front door. She was prompt to answer any questions via chat, and allowed my friend and I a late check-out time so that we could store our luggage at the apartment on our last day of sight-seeing. Maria Linda and Valerio’s Airbnb is a welcoming place to stay and made our trip special. The apartment has a relaxing atmosphere and provided everything we needed. Check-in and out was easy. When communicating with them they were helpful, friendly and wanted us to have a good time. What makes the place extra special is its location. Prati is immediately north of the Vatican (very easy to walk to.) Main tourist areas like Centro Storico, the Tridente and Monti are packed with people and can be overwhelming, especially in high-season. It was nice after a short walk or a Metro trip to see the sights to return to the quiet of the apartment and the area. Also the best meals we had were local recommendations Maria Linda and Valerio provided. The best gelato in Rome is not near the Trevi Fountain it’s a short stroll from their Airbnb apartment! A terrific place with great hosts. Definitely recommended.

What a great stay in Giuseppe's apartment. Good Metro and bus links into the centre of Rome, 10 minutes walk from St Peter Square and lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartment was accessed through a gated courtyard so felt quiet and peaceful

This apartment was very new, clean, and modern. It looks just like the photos, and is a fine space for two people. It is also very walkable to most of Rome, including the most notable tourist attractions. This is not the largest space, but it is very cozy and convenient.

Well-maintained, well-kept, clean and equipped with every comfort. The surrounding area has everything you need to enjoy a quality stay. The proximity of the accommodation to the main public transport hubs, such as the metro or buses, is excellent. The host Luisa is kind and helpful, especially attentive to the needs of guests. Quick to respond to your every need. Overall, excellent accommodation for those who want to experience the city of Rome, a stone's throw from the Vatican.

Friends of mine who had stayed in Rome before recommended finding a place on the west side of the Tiber River. It’s still the city center, but a bit removed from the tourist noise and crowds. This apartment turned out to be a perfect fit for us. The area is truly quiet and peaceful, just a few minutes walk to the metro that can take you anywhere, and about 10-15 minutes on foot to the Vatican. Giorgio is a kind and responsive host, and the apartment has everything you might need. Our 10-day stay was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommended!

Hermoso Depto, excellent location 15 min from the Vatican. 2 min walking to the bus station where you can connect any destination. The apartment is like feeling at home. All the comforts.

Very well-kept house and complete with services. The rooms are clean. The area is quiet, strategically located (about 25/30 minutes' walk from the Olympic stadium) and I noticed that there are also bus stops nearby. Alessandro was kind and helpful with advice and explanations.

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. we enjoyed the space & greatly appreciated the host for allowing us to drop our bags ahead of checking in so we could start seeing the city. a lot of what we wanted to see was across the bridge but we were able to walk there for shopping/sight seeing and also to vatican city. responsive host with a friendly, hospitable dad who lives nearby :)

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.

Our family of seven fit perfectly in the apartment with plenty of bathrooms to share. Gabriela was responsive and helpful. Check in and access was super easy. We made use of the washer/dryer as we’re were half way into our three week trip - this was great for us. We also had some easy dinners around the kitchen hen table - we had everything we needed.
