Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Monte Mario

L' appartamento e' in una ottima posizione, vicino al parco dell' Appia antica, villa Lazzaroni e la metro A a 10 minuti a piedi. Vicino alla via commerciale via Appia Nuova ma non nel mezzo del trambsto. L'appartamento e' spazioso e luminoso, dotato di tutto il necessario (inclusi set di cortesia di saponi vari, spugne e tutto quello che serve in un appartamento). Un elogio particolare ad Antonietta, host insieme ad Andrea, che oltre alla flessibilita' nel venire incontro ad ogni esigenza, reagisce praticamente tutti i giorni e in tutti gli orari in un batter d' occhio. Grazie mille!

Valerio è stato molto gentile e super disponibile, la casa è molto carina e con un grande spazio esterno, godibile soprattutto con temperature più calde. siamo stati bene

Le logement proposé est complètement conforme aux photos et à la description. L’arrivée était facile et sécurisée, tout était bien rangé et propre. La maison est spacieuse et l’espace extérieur très agréable. Emmanuella était très sympathique et réactive. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rome et nous recommandons ce logement.

Ho alloggiato nell'appartamento di Sara per la seconda volta, anche se per poco tempo, ho ritrovato esattamente la stessa disponibilità mostrata la prima volta. Appartamento molto curato e in zona tranquillissima, abbastanza ben connesso con la città.

Angelo è stato un host davvero super disponibile! Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti con degli snack e due birre fresche, un gesto molto gradito. 🫶🏻 Ci ha aiutato a parcheggiare al meglio l’auto e prima di lasciarci, ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni utili per raggiungere facilmente il centro di Roma. La posizione dell’appartamento è ottima: a sole tre fermate dal Colosseo e vicinissima alla stazione Termini, perfetta per spostarsi ovunque. L’appartamento, anche se piccolo era super grazioso, davvero accogliente e curato. Mi sono sentita subito a mio agio! Grazie di tutto!!! Esperienza unica. Ci ritornerò sicuramente❤️

Fabio was an amazing host. Incredibly kind and helpful! He waited for us at the Airbnb and showed us all in detail. Thanks for the goodies lefts for us!!! He was of great help to find public transport into the tourist sites which we really appreciated!! The house was just ABSOLUTELY impecable, very modern (a rare find in Rome!!!!) and soooo spacious!! There were 8 of us and we never felt on top of each other! It takes a bit of time and knowledge to sort out transport but once done, it is very easy to get into the city. We took the bus 31 towards EUR Magliana metro (if you get up early you can use their $1.50 euro carpark) and then metro it very quickly everywhere. The only issue is that the buses were unreliable but once on the metro it was SUPER EASY! Thanks so much Fabio! We highly recommend this Airbnb to all!!

Alloggio molto curato. Romantico. Situato in una zona molto tranquilla. Ottima privacy. Disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari. Anche il nostro cane si è trovato bene. Vicino ci sono dei campi dove fare belle passeggiate . Grazie. Piacevole esperienza.

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

**Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt – einfach traumhaft!** Die Villa hat all unsere Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern bei weitem übertroffen. Schon beim Betreten war klar: Die Unterkunft entspricht exakt der Beschreibung im Inserat – wenn nicht sogar besser. Unsere Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich herzlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit darum bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Zur Begrüßung erwartete uns ein liebevoll vorbereiteter Korb mit Frühstücksutensilien und hochwertigem Kaffee – eine wundervolle Geste, die sofort für Wohlfühlatmosphäre sorgte. Die Sauberkeit der Villa war schlichtweg makellos – ich habe selten eine so perfekt gereinigte Unterkunft erlebt. Hier stimmt einfach jedes Detail. Der Außenbereich ist ein absoluter Traum: Ein wunderschöner Grillplatz mit typisch italienischem Flair, ein gepflegter Pool mit gemütlichen Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Einen Großen Dank an die Gastgeber unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als Übertroffen

La casa davvero spaziosa e con tutto l’occorrente per passare un piacevole soggiorno. Adattissima a gruppi numerosi (noi eravamo in 10 persone)! Non vicinissima al centro di Roma ma che, con un po’ di organizzazione, risulta comunque facile da raggiungere! L’Host gentilissimo in quanto è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze!

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

Fint, rent o trevligt boende, med gott om plats. Mycket tillmötesgående värd. Hon svarade på alla våra frågor. När ett av rummen behövde nya sängkläder lämnade Monica nya till alla 3 sovrummen direkt. Och frågade samtidigt om vi ville ha nya handdukar. Vi är supernöjda med allt! Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de Andrea fue excelente. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, bien equipado y era tal como se mostraba en las fotos. La ubicación era perfecta para lo que necesitábamos, y Andrea fue muy atenta y rápida en responder cualquier consulta. Nos sentimos muy cómodos durante toda la estadía. ¡Definitivamente lo recomendamos y nos encantaría volver!🙂
