Fabulous. We loved the place. It was very centrally located and had a lot of space for a family of six. They let us drop off our things when we showed up early as well. It had a lot of Italian charm and things to discover. Would very much recommend

What a week in Rome! Our trip from the UK started when we heard that Pope Francis had passed away! We were worried this might affect our stay and trip.. but Maria Teresa was on hand to support us. She arranged an airport pickup and everything worked like clockwork. Although central for the sights and restaurants of Rome the apartment is actually very quiet - the terrace and small balcony are wonderful to just enjoy the views of the sky and the low hum of activity. To venture further afield, the nearest metro, Spagna, is a short walk. We tried a few of Maria Teresa’s recommended restaurants which were fantastic, especially the Zabaione gelato near the Pantheon. Maria Teresa checked on us remotely throughout the week which was reassuring. One of our party is vegetarian and we found Roman menus can be limited to cater for this. We found a lovely restaurant- Origano Trevi just 10 mins walk away which did several vegan options as well as the usual fare. Thankyou Maria Teresa!

This is a lovely apartment in a fantastic area of Rome. The location is second to none. Whilst we were not very familiar with the area we felt like this was a safe and up market location. High end shops, great facilities (restaurants, shops and a small Carrefour express very close by) and a lovely feel to the neighbourhood made us feel at ease here. We stayed here as a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children) and whilst it was okay, I think it’s more suited to 4 people as using the sofa in the living area made the space very small. Apart from that, it’s really lovely. Master quite has a large sitting area (which we used a lot due to the living area being used as a bedroom). Also the terrace space was a great addition. We would highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again.

Excellent séjour. Vaste appartement, très propre, belle terrasse sur le toit. Lorella et son mari sont très agréables et particulièrement réactifs. Tout est prévu pour notre confort : cuisine très bien équipée, biscuits, choix de cafés, bonbons, des serviettes de bain en grand nombre. Et un calme absolu ! Proche de la ligne A du métro. A recommander.

Capitati a Roma in giorni unici, con la morte del Papa Francesco avvenuta tre giorni prima, non possiamo fare altro che ringraziare e lodare la signora Francesca per la accoglienza perfetta nonostante il caos che ha travolto la città. La casa è in una strada tranquilla, servita dai mezzi pubblici, vicinissima al Vaticano. Pulizia impeccabile, ordine, comfort, persino un ovetto di cioccolato per il bimbo che era con noi... oltre a tutto il necessario per la colazione. Siamo stati benissimo, se ci fossero 6 stelle le metterei.

Excellent place to relax after the long day out of the town. Peaceful neighborhood, few restaurants at walking distance. Short walk to the metro station. Very spacious with three large bedrooms and two large bad rooms. The place was spotless and kitchen is big enough for seven of us. Edoardo let us stay little longer after our flight was delayed. If you travel with large group or family this is the place for you.

Emanuela hat uns sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und verlässlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden und in der Gegend gibt es jede Menge Bars und Restaurants, die sich preislich sehr angenehm von den teuren Lokalen im Stadtkern unterscheiden. Die Wohnung an sich ist schlicht, verfügt aber über alles, was man für einen Städteurlaub braucht und ist auch sehr geräumig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The stay at the apartment was lovely, the location was perfect not far from anything; the St Peter basilica, shops and restaurants were all very walkable. Giuseppe's met us to welcome us and he was a lovely and helpful man.

Close to metro station , supermarket , next to station , after a day and evening in Rome centre, it was good to have a drink in one of the many bars in Pigneto , I sure you will find your own favorite , we loved them all , xxx Loved our stay ,

La ubicación del departamento es inigualable, literalmente a una cuadra del Coliseo y muy cerca del todas las otras atracciones.. Pamino muy amable y el acceso muy sencillo. Ampliamente recomendable.

Ho alloggiato da Paolo 4 giorni appartamento molto spazioso e confortevole vicinissimo alla metro (20 m),Paolo molto simpatico e amichevole .Consigliatissimo.

L’appartement de Giuliana est une excellente base pour un séjour à Rome. Il est grand, confortable et se trouve à proximité de beaucoup de sites touristiques, tout en étant bien desservi par les transports en commun. A recommander sans réserve !

Livia was responsive and gave us helpful instructions for when we arrived. Place is very nice and two decent size bathrooms. Kitchen is good for coffee and snacks but not to feed 9 people. Would recommend for groups of 4-6. Only 10 min walk to St Peter’s.

This is a lovely place to stay. Tucked away from the craziness of other parts of Rome but just steps from the Vatican. This is a comfortable, relaxing Airbnb. I would recommend this to anyone!

The interior is very warm and all amenities are new. I would say jimmy is a great and super helpful host. He provides clear check in instructions and many good recommendations on food and places to visit. Such a pleasant experience.

My daughter and I loved staying at Alessandro’s Villa while passing through Rome on our tour of Italy. It was the perfect spot to unwind after sightseeing in Rome. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for making coffee in the morning and storing leftovers. The garden patio is stunning and peaceful. The villa is a in a great location with easy access to public transportation. It was very clean and felt safe! Alessandro was so responsive and helpful in recommending local walkable restaurants. Overall, a perfect place to rest and unwind!

très belle endroit, je recommande, tranquille et sécuritaire. les oiseaux du matin sont une merveille, le jardin est grand. la maison tout en bois est impeccable. il y a des restaurants dont un qui est une pizzeria bio, le patron Lucas sera vois recevoir, il a cet passion en lui de vouloir faire bien. En descendant par les deux rue de la maison,vous prenez a droite et cet a 800 mètres a peu près, une pancarte ferme pizzeria bio,couper la route a gauche un petit chemin,et pour les enfants meme pour nous adulte des lapins qui ont l'aire très heureux en liberté. l'Italie ace parfum vrai de dolce Vita ....

Domus's place was immaculate, beautiful, and situated in a breathtaking location. The host was kind and helpful. It is a great place to book if you are interested in staying near Rome, but away from the crowds.

We had a wonderful time with fantastic hosts Alessandra and Fabio. It was just what we needed - a quiet place with great facilities and the grounds were well used by us and very family-orientated. Table tennis and table football were great escapes from the sun as they were undercover. The pool was great and also a great place to cool off. A special mention for the 2 dogs Rex and Pepe. You could never meet 2 friendlier dogs. My kids are missing them and as we left at 0700 they followed us down the driveway. The house was great and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. You really need a car and getting about was really easy. A supermarket was only a few minutes' drive away which was very useful. We even went into Rome on a few nights as it is only a 20-30 minute drive to the main tourist areas. If we go back to Rome we will definitely look to book again.

My wife and I booked this spot for our honeymoon while in Rome and had a wonderful time!! Great place in walking distance to a lot of restaurants & they suggested things to do/places to see & it was helpful that this property has a nice pool you can relax by after walking on cobblestone all day. Will definitely stay here again :)
