Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Monte Mario

Paolo is a great host! Our party arrived at different times and he made sure we all got in to the apartment without issues. The apartment itself is exactly as described and in a great location, within a 5 to 10 minute walk to Trastevere, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Campo Fiori, and many other sites, and within a 20 minute walk to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum area. Being so centrally located we were able to walk practicality everywhere we wanted to go. Great location and great host.

We had such a fabulous stay. The neighbourhood is wonderful with a great selection of restaurants. The apartment exceeded expectations, it was immaculately clean and spacious and perfect for what we needed. Nadia was an excellent host and greeted us upon arrival and was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for a lovely stay in Rome!

Loredana was so communicative and flexible. She let us check in early and leave our stuff so we could explore Rome. Her place was exactly as described!

Il nostro soggiorno a casa di Linda è stato fantastico! L’appartamento impeccabile, pulito e curato in ogni minimo particolare e fornito di tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Posizione strategica per raggiungere a piedi Olimpico e Foro Italico e situato in zona tranquilla e con nelle vicinanze ristoranti e locali dove potersi fermare. Linda è stato sempre molto disponibile e ci ha dato ottimi consigli sulla zona. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Ho passato 4 giorni a Roma per lavoro, mi sono trovato benissimo l’appartamento era molto bene curato e pulito, la terrazza il punto forte della casa stupenda per aperitivi e cene, Stefania sempre molto gentile per qualasisi mia necessità! Grazie

Wonderful, quaint, neighborhood in a perfect location, close to Spanish steps but far enough away from the crowds. Very quiet at night!! Breathtakingly gorgeous view from the balcony. Treasure Rome’s Brian and Karina (our delightful greeter) were attentive to detail from the time of booking to arranging a taxi last night. A fabulous cafe at the adjacent street for the best morning cappuccino. Our family of four adults found the space tight, especially the 2nd bdrm for our daughters, very limited space to keep clothing & luggage….That said, with such fabulous restaurants, shopping and sights, just away from the business, we decided we preferred the cosy, clean, well appointed apartment with gorgeous views of nature. Next time, we shall pack much less!

The location is perfect for walking to the various sites in Rome! There is lots to do and explore within a 5-10 minute walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Roma è una città magica e riuscire a viverla alloggiando davanti la fontana di Trevi è qualcosa di ancora più magico! Scendi di casa e sei nel cuore pulsante di Roma, è davvero un privilegio per pochi! Per non parlare delle forniture dell’alloggio, Cendra ha pensato a tutto e dentro casa non vi mancherà nulla! Tutto davvero fantastico, speriamo di ritornarci!😁

Mieszkanie w doskonałej lokalizacji. Bardzo blisko do najważniejszych zabytków, a także blisko restauracji, sklepów, stacji metra. Mieszkanie przestronne - dwie sypialnie z dużymi wygodnymi łóżkami. Brakowało w nich jedynie klimatyzacǰi, była tylko jedna w salonie. Francesca jest świetnym gospodarzem, zawsze szybko odpowiadała na wiadomości i służyła pomocą. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie było bardzo wygodne. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

One of the best of the many Airbnbs I've stayed in. We could really feel that we were staying in someone's real family home, and Sabina took real care in making us feel at home, even leaving us champagne, fruit, bread and local sweets -- really above and beyond. We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers and loved our stay (and wish we could have stayed longer). Very charming neighborhood outside the main stressy area of central Rome!

The home is absolutely beautiful, very well designed and clearly a historical home. if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

Definitivamente lo mejor es la ubicación . El lugar es tal cual se ve , pero creo que para dos es muy chico . Para mi sola estuvo bien y mido 1,50 cm. Que no haya ascensor es un tema a tener en cuenta sobre todo si va gente mayor pero no fue un problema para mi ( solo cuando llegué porque estaba muy cargada). No había tacho de basura en la cocina , y para mi gusto le faltaba un enchufe en la parte de la mini cocina para la pava eléctrica por ejemplo . Los demás todo bien . Equipado con los necesario , baño muy bien ventilado . Amé mis días en Roma ! Cristina muy amable siempre

Lots of good things to say about this place. It’s about 5 min walk to the Colosseum, with several good restaurants in the area and amenities. And it’s well connected to other parts of the city. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the apartment was bigger than I expected. Stefano and Francesca were great hosts, always responsive and super helpful - gave us recommendations and were quick to help us whenever we needed. They also surprised us with a lovely bottle of wine for my husband’s birthday. I would certainly go back for our next visit to Rome.

Todo correcto y bien. Muy bien situado. Cerca de San Pedro y con buena combinación autobuses y metro. Hubo problemas con la comunicación a la llegada. Pero solucionado. Muy cómoda la estancia por la amplitud y servicios. Único inconveniente las escaleras. No tiene ascensor y es un ático. María muy agradable y nos proporcionó el trasfer a la llegada y partida. gracias por todo.

Beautiful Airbnb in an exceptional location! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

#1 for my heat sensitive family is we think Gaia has the best AC in Roma! Such a beautiful apartment in a safe, convenient location. Some of our favorite meals in Italy were the ones we ate in this neighborhood. We were delayed and arrived at 9pm, Gaia was so patient and kind. We walked to enjoy a bite to eat and the best gelato at Fior di Luna a short walk away. Would give 10stars🌟 if possible!

One of the best Airbnb experiences we've had. a beautiful clean gorgeous apartment that had absolutely everything we needed. Communication was outstanding,we were met at the accommodation and shown everything. The street is equally quiet but with a lovely Roman atmosphere. We will absolutely be booking again when we return to Rome!!

Federica's place was amazing! our stay was super comfortable, the place was clean and had all amenities possible. It's walkable from Trastevere station. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend the place!

Great location, friendly suburb outside of the aeralian walls, lots of local spots, very close metro with a change at termini gets you anywhere in Rome. Riccardo and co were very helpful, I recommend this air BNB.

The place is beautiful! The location is perfect. Most importantly, the hosts are the best. They gave us the best recommendations and were always responsive to any questions. They gave us welcome bottle of wine which was really sweet. I unfortunately forgot an item that they messaged me about and are going out of their way to courier to me to my next destination. Highly recommend them! Will definitely be back!
