It is well insulated and cool in summer, and is located in a listed villa in a quiet co-ownership of six apartments. It is on the second floor and there is no lift. Bed 140x190 cm. Duvet. Linen in cotton or linen. Kitchen access possible if at least 3 nights.

Upstairs room dedicated exclusively to our guests with toilet and private shower room. Breakfast is included and served on the veranda. Close to the tourist sites of Fougères (20 min), Mont St Michel (30 min), the Château du Rocher Portail is only 2 km away. Beaches 40 minutes away (Jullouville) and an hour from St Malo. between Brittany and Normandy.
