Welcome to our home! We’re offering sunny, spacious and cosy private room located in Dinan centre, only a 3 minute-walk to the medieval town and ideally-positioned for visiting nearby Dinard, St Malo,Rennes and Mont St. Michel. Dinan is a medieval town with a relaxing atmosphere. It has city walls (donjon, towers and doors from the 13th, 14th and 15th centuries), medieval streets (Rue du Jerzual) and charming plazzas: Du Guesclin plazza and Du Champs plazza famous for its glass facades from the 18th century. Once a fortress for the ducs de Bretagne, Dinan is one of the best-preserved and prettiest towns in Brittany. We have two 17 sq m bedroom incl en suite (shower/ bath, toilets, towel dryer, sink) with a TV and wireless internet. Towels and fresh linen provided. Baby cot, babychair are available. Breakfast is included. The house has a big garden overlooking the ramparts and is located in the city centre, just outside the city walls. 3 mins walk to the medieval town. You will be able to park your car in the garden. Note that blue room (Pavillon Gaudel bleu) on top floor offers option to get your own fully equiped kitchen to prepare yourself diner in case you prefer this option rather than eating outside in numerous Dinan restaurants... Really close to all amenities, train station (10mins easy walk) and medieval town (3mins walk). ACTIVITIES: Major historical attractions include St Saviour's Basilica, the flamboyant Gothic St Malo's Church, the Collège des Cordeliers, the Romanesque Duchess Anne's Tower (Tour de l'horloge), the Jacobins Theatre dating from 1224 and the Château de Dinan. Dinan's "jardin Anglais" ( "English garden" located behind St Saviour's Basilica) offers a lovely panorama overlooking the valley, the River Rance, the old harbor and the viaduct. The town retains a large section of the city walls, part of which can be walked round. The remparts promenade is a must. Between the back garden of our house and the small ditches you will find the "jardin des petits diables" ("garden of the litlle devils"), with playgrounds for kids: toboggan, slides, a minigolf and an animal garden. DINAN'S MUSEUMS: the castle museum; the rail museum; Yvonne Jean Haffen museum (famous Breton painter); the 39-45 WWII museum ARCHEOLOGICAL SITES: Corseul 7 km and Pleslin 5 km THE MUST-SEE'S: Lehon Abbey 2 km; Taden Manor (Gallo-Roman villa; 1st-2nd century A.D.) 5 km SPECIAL EVENTS: Tour de France this summer! The "Fête des Remparts" is Dinan's major highlight. It occurs on the third weekend of July and is held in even-numbered years (2014 is the next one). Locals dress up in medieval costumes and duels are staged. WE ARE LOCATED AT: 32km from Cancale (oyster farming site). Accueil sur RV, possible de 18h à 21h. Allées et venues ensuite, sans limites horaires. Chambre chez l'habitant, aperçu mer latéral, TV, wifi, sèche-cheveux, tisanerie, placard, (lit bébé possible ) dans mon appartement ( j'y vis à l'année ) niché sous les toits d'une villa classée, copropriété calme de six appartements. Je suis au 2ème ét. sans ascenseur. Lit 140x190 cm. Couette. Lit fait, linge de toilette fourni. Accès cuisine possible si au moins 3 nuits. Cave qui ferme à clés pour vélos.

Upstairs room dedicated exclusively to our guests with toilet and private shower room. Breakfast is included and served on the veranda. Close to the tourist sites of Fougères (20 min), Mont St Michel (30 min), the Château du Rocher Portail is only 2 km away. Beaches 40 minutes away (Jullouville) and an hour from St Malo. between Brittany and Normandy.

The Mont Saint Michel Guest House is 4 minutes from the Mont Saint Michel parking lot. A 1802 house carefully decorated to give you 3-star comfort. You will have a double bedroom with a king size bed 160x200. A balcony with garden views and Mt Saint Michel. An en-suite bathroom with Italian shower, bathtub and toilet. A space with refrigerator, Nespresso and kettle. The large outdoor Spa will make you live a nice relaxing moment. Breakfast is included.

Située sur les bords de Rance, cette chambre d’hôtes pleine de charme, avec un accès totalement indépendant, est équipée de son spa privatif, en accès illimité et sans horaires imposés ! Dans le patio, toit ouvrant électrique uniquement l’été car espace chauffé l’hiver. Un petit déjeuner copieux et gourmand vous sera servi pour bien commencer votre journée.

Located in a hamlet of 7 houses, 5 km from St Malo and Cancale and close to the beaches, "Tamm ti neue" is also referenced in the Gîtes de France. You will enjoy staying there for its calm, space, comfortable bedding, and hearty breakfast. The price of €73 applies to a couple; for 2 people wishing to use the 2 beds, we ask for an extra €12, and an additional €19 for a 3rd person. Important: there is no key box. Please respect the schedules!

Bedroom is upstairs exclusively reserved for hosts. I live on the ground floor. It has 1 queen bed, 1 lounge area with armchairs, herbal tea, mini fridge, no kitchen access. Breakfast is included in the price A garden furniture is available for your use. The street is very quiet, parking provided. Linens and bathroom linens are provided A 2nd bedroom is available for people who know each other and agree to share sanitary spaces.

You will enjoy a beautiful room with 2 beds. Perfect for a couple or family with kids. It is on the 1st floor, the shower room on the ground floor is reserved for you. Linens and towels are provided. The beach is 1 km away, the historic center is 2.5 km away. We provide free city bikes. If you wish, we serve breakfast (supplement of €7.5/pers to be paid on-site). Adding a 3rd bed is also possible with a €5 supplement (see photo).

Our house is located in the middle of a quiet and friendly small village, with some shops nearby. Guests will enjoy stunning views of Mont Saint Michel 50 m from the house. We are 30 minutes from St Malo, Dinard and Dinan, and 10 minutes from Mont Saint Michel. The room is nice and spacious. It has a TV and desk area, as well as a private bathroom. It can accommodate 2 to 4 people, with a double bed and 1 pull-out bed.
