The Ocean House

Come and enjoy Molsbjerge and the unique location in Knebel, overlooking the sunset and enjoying the sun in the courtyard. The plot is surrounded by untouched fields with cattle. And just a short walk along the gravel path to the sea. The house is located on the property where we live, with its own small terrace overlooking the sea and nature. On the property there are chickens, cats and a couple of ducks that move freely. The house is fine for 2 people but can accommodate 3. If you are a couple with a child, the home can also accommodate this. The house is a mini house ❤️

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Nice enclosed garden with lawn and wilderness bath. The house has a bright kitchen/living room in open connection with the living room. From the living room, there is access to a cozy south-facing terrace with dining area and barbecue. The house has three rooms, two of them with a double bed (140 cm) and one with a bunk bed for two. Newer bathroom with shower. Heated with air-to-air heat pump supplemented with a wood-burning stove. Some firewood is included. Two good bicycles are available - see pictures.

The house: Lovely living room, furnished with wood-burning stove, Chromecast TV and nice dining area. The kitchen is in open connection with the living room. 2 bedrooms - 1) double bed and 2) two single beds. In addition: A cozy alcove in the living room with two sleeping places. The bathroom has a shower. Outside: Large nice garden, several terraces, as well as easy parking. ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION IS CHARGED AFTER STAY AT DKK 3.95/KwH

The private is a spacious apartment with its own private garden. Here are 4 beds divided into two bedrooms. The accommodation includes a utility room/entrance with laundry facilities, bathroom, nice bright kitchen with dining area. Spacious bedroom with double bed and good closet space. Extra bedroom for e.g. children with 140 cm bed (passage room). Nice bright and spacious living room where the family can enjoy themselves and access to the large garden and cozy terrace environment with barbecue facilities. Dogs are also welcome here.

Great location and large new modern house. Right by the water, shopping and culture. Perfect for gathering the family or for the summer holidays in Denmark. The house has 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large and spacious living room with kitchen and sofa group, utility room and 1 smaller living room in the loft. There is 1 large terrace overlooking the sea as well as 4 smaller terraces. There is a large courtyard with a covered terrace and a gas grill for the late evening hours. There is also a petanque court and a trampoline for children.

The house is for guests who do not expect a top modern house, but who appreciate a clean and nice house with charm, soul and personal decor. The house has a large kitchen, open connection to the living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and entrance. The house is not for youth groups.

Min. 4 day out of season and 1 week in high season. Final cleaning DKK 850, - per stay. A wood basket is supplied with firewood, please bring your own wood. Consumption is paid by meter, electricity DKK 2.95 per kWh, water and drainage DKK 89 per m3, the landlord reads the meter at check-in and check-out and sends a charge for actual consumption via Airbnb.

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Newly renovated in all wood material and natural colors creating a cozy and homely atmosphere. Room 1: Small double bed (140 cm) Room 2: Two built-in single beds and one junior bed Room 3: Two bunk beds, or convert the lower bunks into a double bed with two single beds on top. You will find the mattress for the double bed stored in the cabins under the beds.

hyggelig, nyere træhytte med køkken m. køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og kogeplade, el-miniovn. Gulvvarme i hytten. Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l, (kort dusch) Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.
