Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

SUSET is a COSY holiday home nestled between the hills and the water in a small, peaceful holiday home area, located 12 km from Ebeltoft. Best of all is the location, right between the hills - Mols Bjerge National Park and the beach.⭐️ At the house, there is almost always a place to find shelter in the backyard, which is a lovely secluded. In the garden, there are swings and a sandpit 💚 Meals can be enjoyed both on the veranda and in the back garden. The gas BBQ is located close to the house, and there is a BBQ table where you can prepare food.😊

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a single bed and a double bed. In the living room, there is the possibility of extra bedding with a view of the harbor basin and Ebeltoft Vig. The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

Large south-facing room with a fantastic location in Femmøller Strand with Molskroen as a neighbor. The room overlooks Ebeltoft Vig to Ahl Hage. The room has a private entrance, private kitchen and bathroom. Here is a bed of 180×200 cm and the possibility of extra bed on the sofa bed, making it perfect for the small family with a child, or for the couple who wants plenty of space. If you are a larger family or maybe a couple of friends, there are an additional 2 beds in the neighboring room for a fee. Total max 5 people.

Kaløvig Boatsport is less than one km from the house. In the house there is dining and sleeping space for 4 people. Towels, tea towels, duvets, bed linen and firewood for the cosy wood-burning stove.
