The accommodation is as expected, close to the sea and walks to do by bike and on foot. Well appreciated on-site parking. Nicole and her husband are very welcoming hosts and have good tips for outings. We recommend the eyes closed

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house and our expectations were far exceeded. The location is perfectly quiet yet central, so we could easily reach everything in the area. The house itself is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and offers plenty of space for a relaxing break. A special highlight was the incredibly back-friendly mattresses - we rarely slept so well!!! It was really relaxing to wake up rested in the morning. A detail that takes the stay to another level. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions. They have thought of everything, from small welcome touches to tips for the area. We really felt at home and were able to fully enjoy the time undisturbed. We would recommend this house to everyone without hesitation! A big thank you to the hosts!

We are delighted with our stay at Jean-Gil's! Flawless accommodation, literally 2 steps from the beach and close to all shops. The apartment is very nice, spacious, quiet, everything is great even the bedding! We hope to be back soon.

A perfect 3 day stay!! The villa is very beautiful, as well as the garden and the pool. We were 3 couples of friends: we each had our own room and our own bathroom. The villa is well equipped. We didn't miss a thing. We were able to arrive without any problems at very late hours. The villa's environment is quiet. We are delighted and can't wait to come back as a family. We had a lovely holiday at Arnaud's place in lovely La Teste-De-Buch 😊 The home was absolutely stunning and perfectly located with the beach within walking distance and close to Duke du Pilat, which is definitely worth a visit. We felt very at home and Arnaud always responded and helped us with recommendations and help when we were in doubt. A slice of paradise... We had a wonderful week as a couple at Marie Sarah & Josselin's pretty house. The quiet and soothing environment, the view, the neat decoration, the layout, everything we liked. It's a haven of peace where you'll have a relaxing vacation. Pretty walks are accessible all around, for oyster lovers you will be served with the different cabins nearby. We recommend 100% Thanks to the hosts for their sympathy.

J was extremely responsive and helpful! He was there when we arrived, showed us around the property, and made wonderful restaurant & activity suggestions. Because we arrived just before a holiday, he was very kind to help us make restaurant reservations for our entire stay; we would not have gotten in otherwise. The property was very centrally located - a short 1/2 block walk to Josie's Coffee shop; around the corner from a bike rental shop, bakery, grocery store, and the Lighthouse. We walked or biked around the town easily. The house was perfect - Cleanliness is super important to me and it was super clean. The house was recently renovated, had modern updates, and was very nicely decorated. The layout was perfect - each bedroom has its own bathroom. And, enjoyed sitting outside in the back yard at the pool in the late afternoon. This was a jewel of an experience for us.

We had a great time! The place was what we expected: super equipped, we found everything we needed even more . The hosting was very warm , very responsive when we had any questions. We would come back without a second thought if we had to come back to Arcachon!

The accommodation is faithful to the description and photos. Very peaceful and functional. We really enjoyed the very bright living room and the two terraces. Stéphanie was clear in her instructions and always available. We are delighted with our stay!

The three of us felt very comfortable in the apartment, the terrace is significantly larger than shown in the pictures and a real highlight for us, we spent a lot of time outside, the small apartment is nice, the sea is close, as well as the pine forest, the shopping streets of mimizan-Plage are also within walking distance, yet it is very quiet. For sleeping, there is a separate bedroom and a sleeping area on the first floor, which is protected from view but not separated by a door. Two showers and a separate toilet are provided. Because of the good kitchen and the nice gas grill on the terrace, we ate a lot on the terrace. Communication with Claire was great and very easy, she responded very quickly and very nicely to our requests. Overall a very nice stay in Claire's apartment!

very nice accommodation, peaceful and well-equipped. Once the car is parked, everything is done on foot or by bike (generously offered by Patricia). Patricia is a charming, welcoming and available host. A pleasant stay close to shops, restaurants and the ocean.

Our stay with our two two-year-olds went very well. The accommodation is easy to access, well located and very well equipped. The parking space inside the condominium is appreciated. Claire was not present during our stay but she was available and gave us all the information so that our stay went as well as possible. The neighborhood is peaceful and the beach is 500 meters away and easy to access even with small children. We would recommend this listing.

Lovely apartment with magnificent ocean view. All conditions for a comfortable stay: modern furniture, all necessary appliances, convenient and smooth access to the property. A big plus is the availability of parking right next to the house, as well as shops and a market within a walking distance. The only small disadvantage is the lack of soap and shower gel, but it is easily fixable and did not affect the overall experience. All in all, a great place to relax, I recommend it!

Very nice house with all the comforts and nice decor. It feels like home. The welcome by the concierge is pleasant and simple. We loved the proximity to the beach and the Mimizan-beach centre, the quiet. We'll be there again.
