Ideal location 150 m from the ocean (supervised beaches) 50 m from the current and the bridge, very nice for morning walks and sunset, 400 m from the market and at the foot of the cycle paths. Everything is within walking distance (shops, restaurants, entertainment…). 2 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, covered terrace. Possibility to park the car inside the enclosed property. Pets may be allowed.

Very nice Landes holiday house T3 (81 m2) with a capacity of 4 people, well located, not overlooked, ideally located 200 m from the beaches and 200 m from amenities while being quiet. It consists of 2 well exposed shade/sun terraces, on the ground floor: equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, living room, bathroom, separate toilet and upstairs a small bedroom. Put down your suitcases and your car and do everything on foot or by bike. You won't be disappointed, you'll have a pleasant stay.

Charming house 50 meters from the ocean in the heart of the seaside resort. The house can be rented for 2, 3, 4... up to 12 people in a very friendly space. Spain is about 1 hr/1 hr 30 min away as well as Bayonne and the Basque Country. Numerous bike paths in the forest, all shops, restaurants, children's games are 5 minutes from the house. For July and August, reservation is only by the week at €2,290 from Saturday to Saturday.

Whether you prefer summer vacations or the off-season, La Maison de la Plage will charm you with its wood-fired stock tank, unique in Mimizan. The guest is responsible for the wooden logs.
