Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you'll be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our small house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

Charming garden house 6 km from the ocean

Enjoy a pleasant stay in a house with 650 m2 of garden, located 6.5 km from the ocean beaches. The house is in the pretty village of Bias, along the lakes road, between Mimizan and Contis. The bakery is a 5-minute walk from the property. Lespecier Beach is the closest. It is one of the most beautiful beaches in the region, wilder and less crowded than Mimizan or Contis. You can enjoy the bar-restaurant, the beach and the surf school.
