I present to you my little haven of tranquility with every comfort, located at the end of a cul-de-sac 500 m from the Océanes beaches, close to a bike path and shops, with reserved parking. On the ground floor, there is a living room open to a fully equipped kitchen and a veranda overlooking a small enclosed garden that is also fully equipped (table, sun lounger), all without being overlooked, as well as a bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Upstairs are two separate bedrooms with the possibility of a folding crib.

This is my personal home.

Everything is within walking distance (shops, restaurants, entertainment…). 2 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, covered terrace. Possibility to park the car inside the enclosed property. Pets may be allowed.

It is fully renovated and includes a bedroom with a 127 TV, a kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories (coffee maker, microwave, grill), a living room with TV and a sofa bed for two people. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
