The house has a private parking space. The house is not semi-detached and has a sheltered terrace with garden furniture. It is bordered by a large terrace. Equipped kitchen, large living/dining room, 3 bedrooms with double bed, a mezzanine with 1 single bed, shower room and separate toilet.

South side 150 m from the beach House 2 to 6 people

House in Mimizan Plage, south side, completely renovated, with all amenities, in a quiet area. Ideal location 150 m from the ocean (supervised beaches) 50 m from the current and the bridge, very nice for morning walks and sunset, 400 m from the market and at the foot of the cycle paths. Everything is within walking distance (shops, restaurants, entertainment…). 2 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, covered terrace. Possibility to park the car inside the enclosed property. Pets may be allowed.

Wooden cabin facing the sea

Beautiful cabin built in the spirit of those of the oyster farmers of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the basin and the old oyster refining basins at its feet. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune", which refers to an observation platform installed at the top of the ships' mast. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool.
