Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

This 95 m² house is located in Plage Sud, 100 metres from the sea and the bike paths, on an 800 m² wooded plot that offers a pleasant aspect whatever the season or time of day. The house dating back to the '60s was intentionally preserved in part “in its juice” for a “holiday home” spirit. So it shows signs of the weather. However, we have made sure to give them all the comforts they need for a refreshing stay.
