The villa has been labeled as a four-star furnished tourist accommodation. It has been designed and equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. Beds are made and towels are provided. Cleaning on departure is included. A permanent welcome is provided. Optional cleaning during your stay, first errands made on your arrival, babysitting.

In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

Ideal for 1 large family or 2 families, the house is equipped with 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 terraces, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. The house is located in an oak grove, quiet, away from prying eyes, just 10 km from the ocean and Contis beach.

With possibility to swim in case of bad weather, located 200 m from the beach, 600 m from the pedestrian street, no need for a car once you arrive. The 80 m² house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with toilet and a separate toilet. House on enclosed ground with space for 2 cars with gate. Wooden terrace. All around the house, about 100 m².

Built in 2021, this recent and modern house is air-conditioned on a private garden of 500 m2 fully fenced and furnished. The house consists of a 43 m2 living room including a lounge, dining room and equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms including 2 bedrooms with 160 x 200 beds, and a children's bedroom with 1 90 x 200 bed and a bunk bed, a heated 7 x 3 m saltwater pool and garden furniture with sun loungers. No pets allowed.
