It consists of a garden (100 m2), a terrace with furniture, and a barbecue. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom with a toilet, an indoor Jacuzzi, and a veranda. Upstairs there are 2 spacious bedrooms. This family accommodation will allow you to do everything on foot or by bicycle.

My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

It consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a queen-size bed, a lounge area, a desk, a bathroom with a double shower and a separate toilet. IMPORTANT: Mezzanine beds are intended for children or young adults. The ceiling height is 1.30 m max. No television. SPA SUPPLEMENT: 40 euros per day to be paid on-site. Gym available free of charge on request. Possibility to use the 2-seater sofa bed.
