In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

You will have all the autonomy you need to enjoy yourself in this charming little air-conditioned studio / independent room of 13 m2, with an adjoining private terrace of 25 m2. Casaloft- Loft (optional private Jacuzzi)

The loft is located in a quiet area at the back of our garden. Not overlooked. 3 min from shops, and 15 min from the beach (Hossegor/Seignosse) by car. You will have the choice of having an outdoor SPA/JACUZZI available for an additional fee (40 euros per night of booking, accessible until 1:00 a.m. Our animal friends are accepted according to their size. The workshop under the pines

Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

Typical cottage near the pool

In the shade of a mimosa, you will appreciate the authenticity of this cottage located close to the ports of Gujan-Mestras and the shops. This 27 m2 independent 2-room is equipped to the highest standard to allow you to have a comfortable stay (Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine for long stays, sheets, towels, Wi-Fi, 4 bikes...). Ideal for two people, a sofa bed allows two extra beds. Guests can also enjoy a terrace (with plancha) and an outdoor garden.

La Bulle des Pins (with SPA option)

Relax in this quiet space with a private entrance without overlooking neighbours and an outdoor parking space. You will have the option of having a private outdoor spa/jacuzzi heated to 37°C (€50 for unlimited use until the next morning). For your convenience, sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. Two complimentary Tassimo coffee pods, as well as tea and herbal infusions, are provided. No cleaning fee, but we do ask that you leave the accommodation clean.

A la Hume, a superb 37 m² air-conditioned accommodation with a view of the pine trees, in a peaceful private property. Close to the Chêneraie Forest, 900 m from the train station and shops. The beach and the port of La Hume (oyster huts) are 1 km away. Things to do nearby: Aqualand, tree climbing. Arcachon is 10 minutes away, and ocean beaches are 15 minutes away. Great for a relaxing stay with nature and the ocean.

3-star wooden chalet at the Biscarrosse Golf Course

30 m2 single-story wooden chalet with terrace, quiet, for nature and relaxation lovers, located in the heart of the Biscarrosse golf course, 6 km from the ocean and 800 m from the lake. Prices do not include charging of electric or hybrid vehicles , see conditions on site There is no oven in the chalet, but you have at your disposal a Phillips air fryer, to heat a dish, a pizza or make fries, cook a chicken etc.

La Cabane de Rosada

A cosy cabin, carefully decorated, for a pleasant stay by the lake... close to the centre in a quiet, secluded area, a 10-minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the shops. Beaches 10 km away, oyster port and its tasting cabins 1 km away. Private parking and a terrace for your breakfasts are available.

Outbuilding of 30 m2 with 1 bedroom including a double bed of 140, private garden. Located 5 minutes from the beach by car, 10 minutes from Arcachon, 20 minutes from the ocean and 30 minutes from Bordeaux. Deckchairs and plancha available, beach towels and bicycles provided on request.
