We welcome you in a charming chalet of 39m2 with a terrace of 40m2 located in a lush park bordered by the river "La petite Leyre". You are in the heart of the village of Sore. You will enjoy its shops and sports facilities by walk. You are 30 min from the vineyards the lakes of Hostens, 50 minutes from the Center Parc, the Bassin d'Arcachon and 1 H from Bordeaux and the beaches of Biscarrosse. You are ideally located to be able to do activities while being able to rest in peace.

In the Biscar 'Ose property, in Biscarrosse Bourg in the Landes, rental of the "Cocon", charming quiet little house, classified 3 * by the tourist office. The loft is located in a quiet area at the bottom of our garden. Separated by an opaque wooden fence. Not overlooked. Close to shops (3 min) and 15 min from the beach (Hossegor) by car.
