Eco Lodge 1 with hot tub

My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. Relax in this quiet space with a private entrance without overlooking neighbours and an outdoor parking space. You will have the option of having a private outdoor spa/jacuzzi heated to 37°C (€50 for unlimited use until the next morning). For your convenience, sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. Two complimentary Tassimo coffee pods, as well as tea and herbal infusions, are provided. No cleaning fee, but we do ask that you leave the accommodation clean.
