This very spacious accommodation offers easy access to the city center (5 min walk) and restaurants, lakes 1.5 km away, and the beach 12 km away. Equipped with 3 rooms on the ground floor, a bathroom with toilet, sink and bathtub, and a small living room with a single sofa bed. Upstairs, under a sloping ceiling (minimum height 1.3), there is a 17 m² bedroom with a double bed and a small outdoor area.
