Sebastien's place is quiet, ideally located! We were able to enjoy a beautiful exterior. Parking space is secure. The apartment is clean, there is all the necessary equipment. The only small thing is that there is no door to access the room, as we came with our baby it was slightly inconvenient but nothing serious! In addition, the accommodation is equipped with very blackout shutters which allowed us not to be woken up by natural light!

The place is naughty, super clean, functional and very well located. Tastefully decorated and, little more, it smells very good. The environment is quiet and the accommodation is close to all amenities. Nicolas is very nice, welcoming, responsive and accepted that we would come with our dog. We had a great stay in Laurent's studio: everything is perfect, whether it's the bedding, amenities, bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony terrace. We felt good right away. Laurent is a very responsive and very welcoming host (thank you for the very welcome cold drinks when we arrived on a hot day...). The location of the accommodation is perfect: beaches, Port de Soccoa, restaurants, shops. Everything at the foot of the accommodation. For those who would worry about a lack of private parking, we found free spaces without any problem at any time of the day in the middle of August. A big thank you to Laurent for offering such a nice place to stay. We highly recommend it.

Absolutely the best Airbnb experience I've ever had — this is how Airbnb should be. Nathaniel has truly raised the bar. From the personalized check-in, to every detail in the space being thoughtfully curated, down to the plush robes, snacks, and even a binder of local recommendations. It genuinely felt like a 5-star hotel with the warmth of a home. The amenities were impeccable. Everything you could possibly need and then some.
