The house is perfect for a family or small group of friends, the interior and exterior offer great comfort, as well as the location where we were close to the city center and shopping malls. A very pleasant villa, full of charm, with a large terrace and a cozy and well-appointed pool area (even if we did not use it in November). The garden is beautiful, very green and beautifully planted, not overlooked. Inside, a large open kitchen with plenty of storage and countertops, ideal when there are many people! A large living room and good-sized bedrooms. 2 large bathrooms. We spent 3 days for a family gathering and we don't regret our booking choice. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We'll be happy to come back sometime. 😊

We rented this place for the family Christmas holidays so that we could all meet for a few days. The rooms are nice and everyone was able to find and make their place.

Knowing Capbreton well, perfect location! Right next to the city center Clean apartment, linens that smell like laundry, quiet residence! Hosted with two cookies for my dogs, a small gesture that makes me happy 😊 Accommodation that receives dogs, and that's really the best! To know that the terrace is not closed but overlooks a large common area of the residence.

We had a great time at Katherine's place. The house matches the description perfectly and is perfectly equipped, you will find everything you need there for sure. Very well renovated, it is impeccably clean. And the bakery right next door is great! It's a very nice little extra for good breakfasts. The only regret we have is not being able to stay longer, but we will be happy to come back! Thank you Katherine for hosting us!

Frédérique is very responsive, welcoming and caring. The accommodation is ideally located because close to the Golf and the beach, quiet. We came as a family with our 2 children (6 and 3 years old) and indeed you should not be younger facing the stairs. Very pleasant outdoors. A place to remember. I would highly recommend.

We arrived before the check-in time given with Virginia, no worries. The accommodation is really cozy, beautifully decorated and well-equipped. Everything was clean and tidy. The common areas are also very beautiful and equipped. Virginia and her husband are very kind and gives you recommendations for doing activities and eating.
