Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Mid Devon District

William was a wonderful host and his place was lovely, great area for an Airbnb. We would recommend to our family and friends and would come back if we are ever back in this area again.

Always loved loved this part of the world so I knew what was coming. However, the place you stay on holiday can make a big difference. The studio is a really nice accommodation. Nicely decorated and kept very well - couldn't fault a thing. The Studio has absolutely beautiful surroundings. We really enjoyed our time there and will be recommending it to our family and friends. Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Beautiful little get away. Host was very friendly and accommodating . Extra touches were amazing. Bacon, eggs and a quaint little panty supplied with everything, myself and partner were blown away I would highly recommend

We had a nice stay at this house and even booked it again for another 6 weeks. Sui was a very helpful host who respected our privacy, but frequently messaged to ask if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this place.

The 3 of us had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Felt truly relaxed. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the Coach house was full of everything we needed, and catered very well for our 15 month old who had lots of toys to play with. The dog is great fun and friendly and its a lovely location to watch the many rabbits eating grass right outside the window. Will be back !

We chose this venue as it was recommended by Upton Barnes’s wedding venue where my son and his fiance were getting married. We were able to accommodate all of my side of the family for the wedding and the newly married couple joined us on Sunday to entertain members of the wedding party With a cooked breakfast followed by a barbecue lunch. There was plenty of space seating and parking for the approximately 25 people who visited us over the day.. Tracey was very helpful host and the house was equipped extremely well a three-year-old grandson had an enormous range of toys to entertain him. I cannot recommend this property more highly

A great place to stay. Very comfortable. Lots of crockery, cutlery and pots & pans. great friendly communication prior to our stay. Was the perfect location for us to see family over Christmas and the house was decorated beautifully.

Great place with amenities close by. Close to city yet still a nice quiet area. Great directions and instructions made. Just what we needed for a short city break.

Lovely pied-à-terre! Super stylish and super clean. Perfect for two but for just a couple of nights worked well for 3 of us. Excellent parking. Very near to the city centre and the Quay, and a stone’s throw from the Morrisons and coffee shops on Fore Street. Would book again 🤩

Really enjoyed our stay with Tina. The apartment is very comfortable and the mattress so soft you'll fall asleep in 2 minutes. We really appreciated the personal surprise touch when we opened the fridge. There was a lovely bottle of wine for us as well as bar of luxury chocolate on the table. We highly recommend Tina as a host if you plan on going to Devon. Easy access to the motorway makes it a must to stay in.

We had a great stay here! Christina was really friendly making us feel right at home. She gave us some local recommendations and allowed us to come and go with zero hassle. The surroundings are stunning and we could have sat by the window all day. Great walking near by. Beach is a drive able day trip too.

My wife and I regularly travel to Exeter to visit family and if Adrian and Lizzies places are available we always take them. The place is always clean and tidy, Adrian and Lizzie are great with communication, the check in/out is straight forward, and the location is great for visiting Exeter. It is like a home from home...

Lovely, clean, warm and comfortable with everything you could wish for. Dan was very accommodating, and quick to answer questions. Very happy.

As advertised and simple charm. Centrally located minutes walk to main high street, gardens, attractions. The small bathroom and shower were notable but shower worked well. Top tip would be to visit St. Sidwell’s Point Leisure Center Spa. There is a full sauna, steam, hot tub, outdoor rooftop lounge that can be booked at 3 hour increments for reasonable rate. The Gaia Spa massage with Katsha (sp?) was worth every penny and saved me after long haul flight (woke up at 4:30 am unable to walk comfortably, by 10 am I was back in action and walked over 14 miles). Lacey was responsive and helpful. Very clear instructions to access the property. Air BnB was cozy, utilised space well and still room to move around. Very welcoming, was super comfortable and would definitely stay again!

Probably one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Set in a beautiful location and exactly as photos portray it. Great attention has been paid to making it as comfortable as possible. Hosts were very welcoming and welcome pack was much appreciated. We would thoroughly recommend and hope to return.

Diana is the best host — a true gem, which is rare these days! The place was spotlessly clean, tidy, and incredibly pleasant. I was welcomed with beautiful fresh flowers, toiletries, milk, and coffee — such thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special. The location is fantastic and conveniently close to shops. Highly recommended!

A beautiful apartment just a short walk away from the centre of Torquay. Dean was very helpful. I would happily stay here again.

Great little hideaway in stumbling distance of a bustling high street with great pubs and restaurants. The accommodation is very comfortable and very well equipped.

Great little place near central Exeter. Easy to walk to anywhere you’d want to go and the space was very clean.

We stayed here to break the journey to Cornwall. David was so quick at responding to us and was great at recommending places to eat after our long drive. The Hse itself was just like the pictures, spotlessly clean and we loved the little touches they have added to make you feel at home. It was perfect for what we needed.

Julia's Garden Apartment, Topsham was excellent. We loved our stay there. Very comfortable, welcoming and relaxing, with all the amenities nearby. Topsham is such an interesting and characterful place to stay. Thank You, Julia, for being so caring and helpful and a really great Host. We are back in Canada now but will definitely come again to the Garden Apartment!

well this is I believe the 4th time I have stayed at Amy's. I am never disappointed with my stay I always feel at home.I will be booking again sometime in October ,I would liked it to be sooner but not spaces left . thank you Amy
