The apartment is newly designed: kitchen-living room with cooking island, living room with balcony, 2 bedrooms (king size bed 1.60 m wide), modern bathroom with shower. Garden with pool use. The train station(Bermatingen-Ahausen) is about a 5-minute walk, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, bank about 2-3 minutes walk, supermarket about a 10-minute walk. To Lake Constance: Meersburg 8 km, Friedrichshafen 16 km.
