Das BLISS ist ein über 400 Jahre altes Haus im schönen Dorf Kesswil und liegt nur wenige Schritte vom alten Hafen und dem Bodensee entfernt. Es ruhig hier und das naturbelassene Ufer (und der nahegelegene Wald) laden zum Spazieren und im Sommer zum Baden ein. Die drei Zimmer sind Durchgangszimmer, deswegen vermiete ich alle drei zusammen, ein langer Flur führt zur einfach eingerichteten Küche, der Toilette und dem modernen Bad. Ich selbst bewohne die Wohnung in der 1.Etage.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

ELW, about 20 square meters, in a quiet residential area, right by the forest and yet central. You will sleep on a 160 x 200 cm wide bed. Kitchenette with fridge, 2 hotplates and dining area as well as a private bathroom await you. Through a possibly open connecting passage, you can enjoy your vacation together and still have your own realm.

Hagnau is 3 km away and Meersburg is 5 km away. Day trips to Switzerland and Austria are available. Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break. At the same time, it is a great starting point for bike trips to Constance or the beautiful surroundings. To the lake and it's just a few minutes down the mountain. Here you can go swimming or transfer to Meersburg by ferry; and also the island of Mainau is not far away. A nice long shore path or the free, direct bus (about 15 min.) leads to the old town.

Die Ferienwohnung ist 44 m² groß und besteht aus einem Wohn-/Essbereich mit offener Küche, einem separaten Schlafzimmer, einem eigenen Bad sowie einem Außensitzplatz. Die Wohnung und die gesamte Einrichtung sind hochwertig und sehr gepflegt. Wir möchten unseren Gästebereich der airbnb-Community anbieten, wenn wir ihn privat nicht nutzen. Wir freuen uns auf nette Gäste, die die herrliche Umgebung und das Ambiente zu schätzen wissen.

The apartment (35 m2) is close to Oberteuringen. It has a double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m. There is a small kitchen (fully equipped) with a dining area. The fridge has a small freezer. Coffee maker, kettle and toaster are also available. A private parking is located directly at the house. It is an ideal starting point for day trips around Lake Constance or also for the numerous trade fairs and events here in the area.
