My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate entrance with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. Living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and direction Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is 5 min and the outdoor swimming pool is 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snack bar, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

The apartment is located directly on a beautiful bicycle route to/from Meersburg. The Edeka supermarket and a pharmacy are within a 4-minute walk and a bakery within a 6-minute walk. Lake Constance by bike in 15 minutes to the outdoor and lake bath Fischbach or Immenstaad. By bus you are in Friedrichshafen in 15 minutes. It's only a 3-minute walk to the bus stop.
