The newly built low-energy house with 100sqm living space is idyllically located in the middle of nature and has a high-quality kitchen, underfloor heating & real wood parquet throughout the house, a daylight bathroom with ground-level shower, a king-size bed (200x180cm) and a light-flooded, spacious living room with Swedish stove. To highlight are the 2 terraces in south & west direction with private garden & beautiful view into the distance and absolute tranquility (no artificial light).

Schwalbennest Ravensburg (Swallows Nest Ravensburg)

Our vacation home is located on the uppermost edge of the slope above the Schussental with views over the cityscape of Ravensburg and the vineyard. It is the “swallow's nest” – a small spot on the city map of Ravensburg that tells a special story.   We have preserved the former "laundry house" in which diapers were once washed for the children's home that was located there at the time, and have lovingly restored it to its former glory. The special flair of this cottage has been maintained.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 square meters with two bedrooms

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.

The cozily furnished cottage offers a garden with barbecue and outdoor dining area. There is a 140cm bed in the bedroom, and if needed, a 90 cm mattress can be placed on the floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. However, the main entrance leads through the basement or garage, which is also shown on the pictures. The second access leads through the shared garden.
