Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

It is 45 minutes from Salzburg (15 mins from A10). Haus Gilbert is quiet – perfect for couples, families and solo travellers who enjoy busy days and quiet evenings

"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Gelegen am sonnigen Waldrand nicht weit vom Fuschlsee entfernt, biete die Hütte am Wald einen großen Garten mit privater Terrasse, Outdoor Esstisch und Sonnenliegen. Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Welcome to my cozy apartment on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The perfect place to unwind and enjoy the mountain views. There are numerous ski resorts nearby, such as the Gastein Valley or the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.

The vacation home dasBergblick is situated in a quiet location and offers plenty of feel-good atmosphere with direct views of the Hoher Sarstein. The Ausseerland lakes and the "Loser" ski resort are a few minutes drive away - snowshoe hikes, walks and bike rides are possible directly from the house. We can accommodate up to 4 people.
