For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

Undisturbed, you can use the spacious outdoor facilities of 3000 m² (where you will find a panoramic sauna, a hot tub and a swimming pond) for the duration of your stay alone. Our chalet is equipped with a rustic living room with a fireplace, a spacious corner bench and a cozy sofa. A modern kitchen. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with shower and toilet. An infrared cabin and steam shower complete your wellness pleasure.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. Nestled in nature, in beautiful scenery. A small B&B is next door. You'll love the place because of the healthy wood construction, the tiled stove, the quiet location, terrace, a fantastic view. My place is ideal for couples and guests traveling with their pets. There are many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby.

Find peace and relaxation in the Embacher Försterhütte! Unwind, enjoy the rippling of the waterfall in the garden and admire the fantastic mountain panorama. The mountain hut invites you to relax with its flair, the numerous seats in the fresh air and a cozy wood-burning stove. There are shops right in the village and they can be reached on foot. In summer, the cabin can be reached by car, in winter it is a short walk.

The apartment is located only about 1.5 km from the center of Maria Alm and the entrance to the Hochkönig ski resort and is also easily accessible by bus.
