Biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 2,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

The fully equipped apartment is located in the four-star Vitalhotel in the pleasant mountain town of Gosau, in one of the most beautiful areas of the Alps - in the Salt Chamber (Salzkammergut). Our 50m2 apartment, available 3+kk for up to 5 people, has everything you need for a satisfying stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, wellness (sauna and pool) and fitness included in the price of accommodation. Great place to stay in any season. It is especially suitable for families with children.

The neolithic region of Salzkammergut offers a wealth of opportunities for families such as winter sports, cycling trails winding over clear lakes and of course great cuisine. The ski slope is only 150 metres away, and Maria Alm can be reached in five minutes by car. Perfect for couples or solo travellers looking for peace and quiet, mountain views and proximity to sports and leisure activities. The flat is 38 m² in size and has 1.5 rooms. The entire flat has been renovated.

Are you looking for a wonderful alpine location with breathtaking views and direct access to the mountains? Then you have come to the right place! Whether in summer or winter. Due to the exposed and special location, our chalet in Maria Alm/Hintermoos is perfectly connected. You can get directly from the house to the ski slopes of the region or to the versatile network of hiking trails. From there you can easily reach and experience the nearby idyllic alpine pastures and cozy huts.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.
