Stone house surrounded by a luxuriant garden of olive trees. The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is the living area, with sofas (one "French" size sofa bed) and TV, separated from the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the upper floor there is a large double bedroom, with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom, a second double bedroom, a second bathroom and a small room with a single bed. Heating, but not air conditioning, is provided.

A cosy renovated traditional stone cottage surround by countryside with breathtaking views & wood~fired hot tub. It is secluded and peaceful yet only a 5 min drive to the local village and amenities. In 35 minutes by car you can find yourself in the Sibillini national park or in the other direction the Adriatic coast. Numerous local restaurants within 20 mins drive serving fantastic food. a small stone house in the woods

The accommodation consists of a small stone house on two levels with an outdoor stone patio and is located on the top of a hill completely covered with woods. A short private white road ( 500m) leads from the paved road to the house. The building was designed by the owner, who is an architect, and is built according to the most recent anti-seismic regulations and according to the principles of bio-architecture. The house is actually a near zero energy building (Nzeb).
