Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.

Herzlich Willkommen am Fuße der Loreley, direkt am Rhein! Siebzig Quadratmeter zum Wohlfühlen, Entspannen und Genießen! In einem Haus von 1900 wurde diese Wohnung neu renoviert, sowie liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Rheinhessen and is therefore a great starting point for both tourist and professional purposes. In the immediate vicinity are the city of Mainz (ZDF, Schott, Messe, Mainz05 Stadium...), Frankfurt Airport but also a variety of winemakers, ostrich farms and beautiful cycling and hiking trails. The apartment has a workspace, a newly renovated bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living and outdoor area.
