An unique tranquil living space can comfortably accomodate 2-7 persons. Furnishings include queen size beds, bright pool room and an inviting bar. Glass doors open up onto wooden terraces and a koi pond. An adjacent grill under a vine-covered pergola overlooks a large (1400sqm) well-kept garden. It has a private entrance with ample parking. We live on the top floor of the house, but we give our guests their space and guests have most of the garden to themselves. Easily accessible from the A3.

Die 4ha große Hofreite liegt idyllisch inmitten der Weinberge und ist zu zwei Seiten ebenerdig erreichbar. Sie können vom Hof aus direkt mit Wanderungen oder Radtouren starten. A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

The listed building is nestled in a beautiful park landscape and offers a fantastic view over the valley – with the Odenwald right on the doorstep. The detached single-family home was originally built in 1962 as a weekend house for a Frankfurt family and has been completely renovated and converted in the last three years.
