Our apartment is located in the quiet forest area of Mainz-Gonsenheim. The apartment (26 sqm) has a modern shower bath, a small kitchen with stove/oven and is equipped with WIFI, TV and Bluetooth Hifi. Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Our house is within walking distance (about 5 minutes) to Mainz Central Station, centrally yet quietly located in a play street, in the middle of the central trendy neighborhood: the New Town. No parking. The guest apartment is on the 3rd floor (attic) and consists of a large living-bedroom with a 1.40 m wide bed and a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with 1.40 m bed, a cozy kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. We ourselves live in the house with our four children as well.

You'll find anything your heart desires. It has a beautiful, sunny and quiet location. In less than 1 minute you are on the Main. In 10 minutes you can take the bus to downtown Mainz. Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees.

Our penthouse (approx. 180 m²) has its very own style. Absolute feel-good atmosphere in the middle of downtown. The roof terrace is great, especially in summer. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. Mainzer Fastnacht is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade.
