The apartment (26 sqm) has a modern shower bath, a small kitchen with stove/oven and is equipped with WIFI, TV and Bluetooth Hifi. Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks.

Peaceful location but still in the middle of the new town

Our house is within walking distance (about 5 minutes) to Mainz Central Station, centrally yet quietly located in a play street, in the middle of the central trendy neighborhood: the New Town. No parking. The guest apartment is on the 3rd floor (attic) and consists of a large living-bedroom with a 1.40 m wide bed and a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with 1.40 m bed, a cozy kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. We ourselves live in the house with our four children as well.

You'll find anything your heart desires. It has a beautiful, sunny and quiet location. In less than 1 minute you are on the Main. In 10 minutes you can take the bus to downtown Mainz. Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees.

Approx. 6 km from Mainz city centre and approx. 8 km from Wiesbaden city centre. Frankfurt Airport is about 38 km away and Messe/Frankfurt is about 50 km away. Good motorway connections. Both public transport (bus) and the widely used bicycle rental stations in Mainz can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Mombach train station is about 500 m away. Parking free of charge in the area. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. Mainzer Fastnacht is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade.

Your view is of our quiet garden with a nice seating area in front of the apartment. Mainz city center as well as Wiesbaden and Frankfurt are easily accessible. Quick access to the highway and public transportation. A separate entrance, TV and WiFi are of course available.
