Stay in the old village schoolhouse

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

Eifelloft21 Monschau & Lake Eifel

The Eifelloft21 is located above the charming little village of Hammer. It is renovated, but the charm of the wooden house has been preserved. The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Ferienhaus Eifelsphäre with Sauna and Hot Tub

The wooden house is suitable for families and friends with up to 10 adults. The accommodation is located between the "Maare" (volcanic lakes) in the Volcanic Eifel near the Nürburgring and offers: Sauna for 5 people, 2 winter gardens, one with a pop-up pool, outdoor wood heated hot tub, fire pit, play area, trampoline, fitness equipment in the house, table soccer, table tennis in the large double garage, Netflix, wallbox for electric cars. 2 baby travel cots and 2 high chairs are available.

Feel good in the vineyards

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our SCHOTTENHOF winery and integrated into our farm building. The closest neighbor is about 100 meters away. The 4-hectare courtyard is idyllically located in the middle of the vineyards and is accessible on two sides at ground level. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the yard. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please do not book!

Experience the medieval Schifferhaus on the quiet market square of Kaub- a Enjoy a journey back in time! Historic charm and modern en-suite bathrooms in each double room combine past and comfort. The apartment is designed for two to four guests. Beneath the shade of the old linden trees, you can relax after a hike along the Rheinsteig and enjoy the excellent local wines. The apartment is also ideally located for attending a concert at the Loreley open-air theatre.

Grandmas Hilde house high above the mosel

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. Spend a nice time with friends, family, in a relaxed atmosphere. The accommodation is comfortably equipped and very lovingly furnished. Also great is the green courtyard that invites you to enjoy. Pets are welcome upon request. The cozy ambience invites you to linger and is the ideal starting point for excursions. So you can visit Eltz Castle, explore the Moselle, hike the dream paths, take part in a wine tasting or take a boat trip.

Half-timbered house Bacharach plus parking

Modern design meets history. The listed house stands, surrounded by vineyards, in the Steeg district directly below Stahleck Castle. This unique place has a style all its own: ecological materials such as clay and wood give the house a unique flair and an unsurpassed indoor climate. The half-timbered house, built in 1622, is modernly furnished. A wood and pellet stove creates a special evening feel-good atmosphere.

Cottage in beautiful Hattenheim

The cottage (about 70 sqm) is a converted stable and is a monument. It is surrounded by vineyards, wineries, restaurants and only 5 minutes walk to the Rhine. Basically, it is only suitable for 2 persons. The cottage is fully equipped such as washer/dryer, soda streamer, internet-enabled TV, Wi-Fi, lounge furniture on the terrace and many extras. Pets are welcome :-)

Pfalzfreude Winery in Hainfeld

In the tranquil Hainfeld on the popular German Wine Route is our winery built in 1738. Of course, the house has an authentic winery that invites you to linger outdoors. The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.
