The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Torhaus in Kemel

Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.

By chance, you will not find this small village of Tüschenbonnen, southeast of Much in the Bergisches Land. This is how hidden the place is, far from noisy roads. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you are in the right place. The apartment is part of a half-timbered ensemble, a former farm, lovingly and ecologically restored. It is 40 square meters and can accommodate 2 people. If you want to travel with children, there is the possibility of a sofa bed in the living room.

Bright, stylish and comfortable gallery apartment in the former barn wing of our sun-drenched, biologically renovated half-timbered. Due to its open design, it is an ideal accommodation for couples, even with children. A large natural garden meadow with castle and rock views allows garden life enjoyment. The apartment is in Dahner Felsenland, in the cross-border Pfälzerwald - North Vosges Biosphere Reserve. It is one of the largest contiguous forest areas in Western Europe.

Loft in a converted barn

We welcome you to our farm and offer you a break in an exceptional loft. Enjoy the wonderful Maifeld directly at Eltz Castle. In less than 30 minutes, you can be at the Nürburgring, the Deutsches Eck in Koblenz or the Reichsburg in Cochem. Visit the wine-growing villages of Treis-Karden or Winningen on the Moselle and hike on the Traumpfaden and the Moselsteig. Start excursions to the World Heritage Site Middle Rhine Valley, Trier, Cologne, Bonn and Frankfurt.

'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

Welcome to the Landhaus am Aremberg in Antweiler in the Eifel! Be enchanted by the unique atmosphere of the former farmhouse from 1720 and enjoy unforgettable moments in this idyllic retreat! A large country house garden with sun loungers, barbecue facilities and a garden sauna awaits you. Hiking and cycling trails (rental bikes are available) start right outside the front door and the legendary Nürburgring is only 12 km away.

Mein Haus befindet sich am südlichen Ortsrand von Ulmen, ist sehr zentral gelegen in der Weidenstraße 7A – unweit vom Ulmener Maar und der Burgruine. Vor einigen Jahren befand sich in diesem Anwesen noch eine alte Scheune, die meine Brüder liebevoll zu einem charaktervollen und urigen Landhaus umgebaut haben. Auf der gemütlichen Holzterasse können sie den Tag ausklingen lassen und die Idylle des Abends genießen.
