The quiet, light-filled and rather unconventional one-room studio above Waldbreitbach, located on the Klosterberg, invites you to enjoy the view into the distance from its large south-facing balcony, which is surrounded by roses and vines depending on the season. The studio, which is approximately 28 square metres in size, is part of a former barn and is spread over two floors with its own bathroom with a shower and its own kitchen. Der EyerHof- seit drei Generationen im Besitz der Familie Eyer - ein über 120 Jahre altes Bauernhaus das von 2019 - 2022 kernsaniert wurde und nun den besonderen Charme eines Bauernhauses mit modernem Industrial- Style verbindet. NebenTerrasse , Hof und Garten gibt es eine Grillstation mit großem neuen Rösle Gasgrill & die Scheune die als gemütlich Lounge genutzt werden kann . Das Interieur des Hauses verbindet Fachwerk mit modernem Eisen, Holz , Sandstein , Lehmwände und alt mit Neu 🖤

Individual guest house on Gut Neuwerk

The individual guest house is located at the end of the 6-hectare property. A former stable is now a retreat for 4 people, redesigned with great care and attention to detail. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area and a fireplace, a bedroom and a large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The 1st floor consists of a loft-style studio with a large window front, in which there is another double bed. There is also another fireplace, a grand piano and a large corner couch.

We welcome you to our farm and offer you a break in an exceptional loft. Enjoy the wonderful Maifeld directly at Eltz Castle. In less than 30 minutes, you can be at the Nürburgring, the Deutsches Eck in Koblenz or the Reichsburg in Cochem. Visit the wine-growing villages of Treis-Karden or Winningen on the Moselle and hike on the Traumpfaden and the Moselsteig. Start excursions to the World Heritage Site Middle Rhine Valley, Trier, Cologne, Bonn and Frankfurt.

Torhaus in Kemel

The open studio apartment in the gatehouse is part of an extended courtyard from the 17th century. century. Old woods and exposed half-timbering are surrounded by rose bushes and a beautiful garden. When furnishing, we placed great emphasis on sustainability. Existing things were rebuilt and reworked. Most of the lights, textiles and pictures come from our studio. This gives the open architecture its special style as well as its friendly and unique character.

In the stables – side by side with chickens and horses

'IM PFERDESTALL' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the Mühlenanwesen. It used to be a stable. (Be sure to check out my other apartment, 'Scheunen-Loft', too.) The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people seeking a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat up with the stove. See below.

Welcome to the Landhaus am Aremberg in Antweiler in the Eifel! Be enchanted by the unique atmosphere of the former farmhouse from 1720 and enjoy unforgettable moments in this idyllic retreat! A large country house garden with sun loungers, barbecue facilities and a garden sauna awaits you. Hiking and cycling trails (rental bikes are available) start right outside the front door and the legendary Nürburgring is only 12 km away.

Scheunenidylle

Mein Haus befindet sich am südlichen Ortsrand von Ulmen, ist sehr zentral gelegen in der Weidenstraße 7A – unweit vom Ulmener Maar und der Burgruine. Vor einigen Jahren befand sich in diesem Anwesen noch eine alte Scheune, die meine Brüder liebevoll zu einem charaktervollen und urigen Landhaus umgebaut haben. Auf der gemütlichen Holzterasse können sie den Tag ausklingen lassen und die Idylle des Abends genießen.

Restored with love... Enjoy a walk at the Maarlake (30m), a sundown at the castle (80 m), hiking, cycling or visit the famous Nürburgring (18 km). The house joins old with modern and offers 110 m² with a big kitchen/dining room with balcony, a cosy living room with 2 convenient bed couches, one sleeping room with double bed and bathroom, one sleeping room with 4 single beds and a second bath downstairs.
