There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

We now offer an upscale, cozy, furnished vacation home on the Moselle at the campsite in Koblenz-Güls. Approximately 50 meters away you will find a cafe / restaurant. Another one about 300 m away. The Moselle with swimming beach is about 200 m away. The beautiful vineyards are within walking distance. The German corner can be reached in about 15 minutes by bike I am available via email or WhatsApp. We live in the immediate vicinity of the vacation home "Ankerplatz"

This stylish accommodation in the middle of Rheinhessen, near the Rhine in the wine-growing village of Gimbsheim, is a perfect place of rest and relaxation. At the same time, our vacation rental is perfect for activities in the area: cycling, swimming in the beautiful surrounding and walkable lakes, paddling with the SUP, golfing, vineyard hikes, etc. A sauna can be booked and rounds off your day wonderfully with a glass of wine. Newly renovated and newly furnished, we now offer it for your stay. Whether you're looking for relaxation, activity or culture, it's the ideal starting point. Two parking spaces are available directly at the house.

The property is located in Koblenz Metternich. The city center is 4.5 km away. Bus stop directly on the street. Supermarkets (5 min), a bank (5 min), a pharmacy (20 sec), the Bundeswehr Central Hospital BWZK (7 min) and the University of Koblenz (2 min) are within walking distance. Parking is available on request right in front of the house. Free of charge also in the side streets.

Located directly on a lake, a small cottage with one bedroom and two additional sleeping options for up to four people. The cottage is equipped with a small kitchen and a toilet which is open during the summer time (for the winter we have a chemical toilet). The property is completely fenced and therefore only for you.
