Bright bright living room with lake view and terrace, as well as covered sun terrace - modern kitchen - a shower room and a second bathroom with double bathtub, Air conditioning and very large TV screen, cozy giant couch for lazing. All barely 4 km from Speyer directly on a nature reserve. Geese and swans come to visit in the morning.
