"Casa del campo" in Semione - 250 sqm with sauna

Historic house from 1669, renovated in 1977 and renovated again in 2017. It is located in the lower part of Semione, in direct contact with the countryside. It is part of a small rural nucleus surrounded by fields, orchards and vineyards 300 meters from the river. Very family-friendly (no traffic) located in the agricultural zone, yet within five minutes of the village center with shopping and public transport. Ideal for families and sports enthusiasts, in winter ski tours, sledding with huskies and skiing in the nearby ski resort of Stoos. Cross-country and snowshoe trails right by the house. In summer, it is a hiking paradise.
