The cosy loft is located in a quiet but central area, just 15 minutes walk from the train station of Lucerne. The house was built in 1905, the apartment was built last year and is on the 4th floor (without elevator). From the window you have a beautiful view on the city and the mountains. There's one separate bedroom and a loft area upstairs with two beds next to each other in the open space. Also, there's a sofa bed. It has a very nice view of the mountains "Bürgerstock", "Gemsstock" and the rooftops of other houses in the city.
