Our house in the woods is a typical masonry building that was renovated in spring 2019. An oasis of peace and quiet surrounded by nature, ideal for families or couples seeking relaxation and romantic intimacy. View of the Valchiavenna mountains, with large lawns for garden use. There is a cycle path a few metres away, and there are numerous excursion options. It is 10 minutes from Chiavenna and 30 minutes from Lake Como and the Valchiavenna Ski Area.

Barn1686 is located in the quiet village of Borgonovo, surrounded by stunning mountains. Originally built in 1686, the barn was fully renovated in 2015 and offers 90 m² of modern amenities: electric heating, a modern kitchen, two open bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a cozy fireplace. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Relax with the whole family and four-legged friends in this quiet accommodation. Casa Angelica is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance and a private fenced garden. It has a bedroom with a double bed, TV, a bedroom with a French sofa bed and fireplace, TV. A private bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen with essential facilities for cooking and eating meals. Outdoors there are sun loungers, a dining area and a barbecue area.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
