Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Welcome to Baita Nonna Maria, an intimate and authentic retreat where nature is the true star. The chalet is in a uniquely secluded but easily accessible location, a rare balance that offers absolute privacy without sacrificing comfort. All around, there is only the forest, the scent of resin and a breathtaking view that opens up onto the mountains like a painting that changes with the seasons. It is a place that welcomes, calms and invites you to find time and space for yourself and for those you love.

Nature lovers! Tropical with waterfall view

Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

Sleeping in a barrel Relax on our farm in the cozy barrel. In the beautiful, mostly fog-free Ybrig and the surrounding area, you will find everything to enjoy your vacation, e.g. skiing in the nearby Hoch-Ybrig and Oberiberg ski resort, cross-country skiing in the neighboring village of Studen-Unteriberg, snowshoeing. Bike and hiking tours, as well as swimming in the indoor pool Unteriberg or the Alpamare in Pfäffikon-Schwyz, which can be reached from us in 30 minutes by car.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Eight individually designed bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, a cosy lounge, a terrace, a private gym and a sauna ensure a relaxing stay. Ideal for families, groups and friends. Booking for at least three paying persons.

Large 2.5 room apartment right on the lake

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
