The 200 years old house was originally inhabited by the heartable kitchen master. It is within walking distance of all attractions and the main shopping street. Plenty of space for bicycles and strollers in the lockable hallway with charging facilities for electric bicycles. You need more workspace? From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

The wooden house is in a very quiet location, the neighbors are very quiet and hardly noticeable. The surrounding meadows and forests make it a relaxing place. Lüneburg is about half an hour away. The Elbe can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The nearest shops are 10-15 minutes away. The house invites you to relax. The cozy bed is suitable for 2 people. There is also a sofa bed in the fireplace room which can be used.

We are happy to invite you to vacation with us in a cozy atmosphere and idyllic surroundings. Techentin is a small place in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Adjacent lakes, many fields and numerous forests characterize the picture here. The apartment has a natural garden that can be used and enjoyed. We provide 2 bikes for exploring the area. A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. Away from the hustle and bustle, it offers pure relaxation, a wide view from the large terrace and a very special tranquility. Enjoy the company of chickens, sheep, a small Zebu herd, cat Emil and every now and then the absolutely friendly guest dog Brudi ....while enjoying and exploring the rural atmosphere.

Super quiet apartment in the countryside

Our apartment is located in Muess, a very quiet southern city part of Schwerin. The city can be reached in 15 minutes by car. The path to Supermarket, Fischerei, Museum is about a 10-minute walk. In 20 minutes walk you are at the most beautiful swimming spots Schwerins: at Reppin or Zippendorfer Strand. The bus stop /highway exit Schwerin is about 10 minutes away.

Vacation time! In our orchard there is a construction trailer... All around space and greenery. Here you can relax and feel at ease. You are very welcome! Our municipality of Gorlosen is a “quiet area” according to § 47d of the Federal Immission Control Act, which means there is no traffic, industrial, commercial and recreational noise. It's really quiet here!
