A great short sea view getaway for the second time. :-)

The apartment is about 300 m from the promenade and was equipped as described. Questions were answered very quickly.

We felt very comfortable with Andrea. The apartment is exactly as seen in the photos. Communication with Andrea and her husband was very friendly and straightforward. We highly recommend the place.

Gesine Wass very helpful, she made our family feel at home and gave some good advice on nearby sights and activities. The apartment was clean and spacious, the children especially enjoyed the toys and the badminton equipment in the yard.

The apartment meets the description 100%. Communication with Volkmar outstanding. Even terrace with table and chairs and parking space are available to guests. Welcome from Volkmar personally. He also helped right away if there was a problem. Spent an evening with him on the terrace. Apartment and furnishings are just great. Highly recommended.

The apartment is really nice and cleverly decorated for the size. The highlight was definitely the rainforest shower! As a welcome gift, a wine bottle is on the dining table waiting to be opened and drunk. However, since I did not have the opportunity to taste/drink the wine in time, I unfortunately had to leave it locked. The next highlight can be found a few meters behind the house, where the Elbe opens up and where you can walk wonderfully. I would have one request: Unfortunately, there was nowhere that the ceiling is sometimes only ~1.90 m high. This applies to the kitchen area and toilet, but in the bedroom and shower area the ceiling is higher. If you could add that somewhere in the listing, it would be wonderful.

It's so nice and quiet.... the place was good for us, travel a lot during the day as everything can be reached quickly by car. Fast communication.

Our stay was very nice in the cozy apartment. Also we could use the garden as we had nice weather. In the evening, a lot of lights went on, which looked really nice. We took great walks with the dogs, the recommendations for this came from Katy , who is very familiar with the area. We were completely satisfied :).

I didn't quite understand the description at first, but Meike took the time to explain the amenities/number of beds to me and also proactively made contact shortly before the stay to coordinate check-in. We had a great time in Meike's cozy apartment & would always come back:-)

The old Bölzk train station is lovingly filled with life by Ekaterina. Upstairs, this apartment is really tastefully decorated. A highlight for me: the concrete itself cast shower :) The place is unique by its surroundings: there is not much here. By car, however, you are not too far from the small village of Pritzwalk, or at one of the numerous lakes, many of which are almost deserted even in good weather. Ekaterina is an insanely friendly person who makes your stay as comfortable as possible. It was always fun to chat with her briefly and her recommendations for the surroundings were really very helpful.

we were 6 adults there, all could sleep secluded (couch, two mattresses in the "children's room", large bed in the "parent room"). The apartment was really big and we had plenty of space for 6 people. In the living room is a very large couch and a large TV where we could watch movies. Even in winter you can have a nice walk in the area. The pool was about 18 degrees with us. The sauna was great and we smell it on our own. We arrived with a wheelchair and everything worked out great. Jennifer is really very very nice and made sure we have everything we need

We could have easily spent several days here. Apartment and especially garden invite you to relax, socialize and get into gear - at the same time there is the opportunity to experience the area (by car). Great host couple who are available and hugely helpful. Louie (3 years) has already asked when to go back - and otherwise misses the chickens 🥰 Lovely holiday🤩

Thank you again for your hospitality. We liked it very much. Walking distance to Hansa Park. That was great. The apartment is super cozy and practical. The residential complex is a typical high-rise building from the 70s. But you don't notice anything in the apartment. Host has great modernized it.

A really great place to stay in a great area, perfect amenities and extremely nice hosts, we felt very comfortable and were sad to leave again. No wishes remained unfulfilled, we will be happy to come back.

Very well maintained and clean ! The complex is not quite new, but everything is fine - from the entrance to the apartment... outdoor facilities maintained - 10 out of 10 points! Impressive also the view of the treetops from about 50 meters altitude

The apartment is highly recommended. The special thing about the apartment is the evening sun on the balcony. Our landlady was always very friendly and responded to all questions. I would like to highlight the washing machine. There are good parking options via the adjacent hotel. Very small deficiency are the missing hooks in the bathroom. Sorry it had to be.

A quiet environment and the view of the sea was very important to me. Both worked out well for me. I had booked the swimming pool against an obolus. It was worth it for me. It is a nice pool downstairs in the house, which is shared with hotel guests, but is often empty. In short: you can have your peace and immerse yourself. Claudia is a great host.
