Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. In unserem Obstgarten steht ein Bauwagen! Ein Ort für Menschen, die für einen Moment aus dem Alltag aussteigen möchten. Wer mag, kann Tieren begegnen, sie beobachten oder einfach Teil dieses Ortes sein. Kinder sind hier ebenso willkommen. Sie dürfen Natur entdecken, Tiere kennenlernen und erleben, wo Eier herkommen. Unsere Gemeinde ist ein „Ruhiges Gebiet“ nach § 47d Bundesimmissionsschutzgesetz, d.h. es gibt keinen Verkehrs-, Industrie-, Gewerbe- und Freizeitlärm. Hier ist es wirklich ruhig!

In the middle of the forest, on a clearing, 3 km from the beautiful town of Gartow, lies our special retreat. If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Hallo Gäste. Seid mir herzlich auf meinem in Alleinlage befindlichen Anwesen willkommen.Nachbarn sind ca 1,0 km entfernt. Ihr könnt euch auf eurem Teilstück des Geländes so bewegen wie ihr es wollt. Im Garten könnt ihr euch aktiv entspannen (Bogenschiessen, Federball). In der naturbelassenen Gegend gibt es 1,2 km entfernt den Poseriner See mit idyllischen Badestränden. Die Betten teilen sich auf zwei Schlafzimmer auf. Das lässt mindestens zwei und maximal vier Gäste pro Buchung zu.

Gut Niendorf Carriage House

A lovely cottage with a thatched roof. The former coachman's house is located on the grounds of the Niendorf estate. From their own terrace, our guests enjoy the magnificent view of the estate park. The well-known cities such as Schwerin and Wismar and the Baltic Sea can be reached in no time. Free parking for 2 cars is right by the house. There are 5 sleeping options in the remise. For additional people, guest rooms with bathroom/pantry can be booked.

Tiny house with sauna and meditation offer

During your stay with us you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! Horses can be brought along, 1 hectare. coupling directly on the trailer. The bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.

Für exzessive Partys ist unser Hof leider nicht geeignet. Unser Haus wurde ca. 1850 erbaut. Wohnhaus & Scheune des denkmalgeschützten 3-Seiten-Hofs sind im Eichen-Fachwerk errichtet. Um das Haus stehen 10 Hochzeitslinden. Im November, wenn die Linden zurückgeschnitten sind, ist das Haus in seiner ganzen Pracht zu sehen. Ab Mai verschwindet es dann langsam hinter schattenspendendem Blätterwerk, und bleibt so den ganzen Sommer über herrlich kühl...

Vacation in a historic farmhouse

This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.
