The most beautiful house ever had the greates time of our lives. So close to the beach, right in the middle of everything, and cozy as can be. Love the outside and all the small little details. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will always be looking at that house to come back. Thank youu so so much for letting us stay there.

I loved the backyard, and the pool is excellent. I went in March, and it was still a little cool. The owner had the pool heated and ready to go, and the house had everything you needed. It's hard to pick off pictures and write-ups, but this one was better than I expected, and I am grateful. They communicated very well.

Natalie was the absolute best! Very responsive and quick to reply. She helped not only me, but two of my other baseball families book a house as well. House was stunning. Very clean and furnished with things you need, but didn’t have to go out and buy right away. We had a wonderful stay! My kids didn’t want to leave. :) Highly recommended!!

This beautiful place was perfect for our Florida stay! It was in the perfect location and the perfect space for two of us. The place had lots of charm and beach vibes. Our host was super sweet and responded right away when we asked about something.

The house was very nice and overall we loved our stay. Recommendations would be to let us control the thermostat within reason. We weren’t allowed to set it below 75, which was not always comfortable.

Great hosts. They thought of small things like beach sounds of the ocean on the tv upon entrance was a nice touch. It was a great location near st andrews beaches. Publix and restaurant less than a mile. The cleaners arrived early and we did feel some pressure to get out, but other than that we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend

This place was PERFECT, steps to the pool from our back patio and steps to private beach access. We have never stayed on Thomas Dr before and have definitely been missing out. It was 30 minutes from Pier Park (due to traffic) but if was great to be away from the hustle of the downtown. The place felt really homey and it had everything you needed and if you forgot anything it was there. We were greeted with a snack bucket, beach towels, cooler for the beach, beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, etc. She thought of everything. We are definably going to rent this unit again.

The condo is very nice, clean, peaceful. Pictures are wonderful in showing you what to expect yet the experience of it is So Much More. I definitely recommend this location. 2 thumbs up, a perfect score

This place exceeded our expectations! A very easy walk across the side street (not a busy main road!) to the public access; it was perfect for our beach vacation. Incredibly wonderful to have a spotless bathroom, plenty of towels, and a really nice WD for us to use! I will definitely be back!

This place was great! Very cozy and I have to say the best parts were the shower and AC Units 😂 I know it sounds crazy but it felt so nice after a long day in the sun to come in to a nice cool house! Appliances were very nice and up to date

Couldn't be happier with our stay! Lovely place to stay while visiting the beach. The place was perfectly clean, very easy to find, and both the bed and pull out bed were comfortable. Plus the front yard is absolutely GORGEOUS! If we come back to Panama city and this place is available we will definitely stay again

Rachelle's place is simply AMAZING! Spacious and clean with the most amazing view of the Gulf and beach from 21st floor. Very secure and clean. Secure parking A great restaurant/beach club house next door. Walmart 10 minutes drive. Two great pools at the property. Amazing walks along the beach for miles. Allen was quick to respond to questions! I was alone with my small dog and we loved it there!! It had everything we needed and some. Tons of things to do in the area and there were plenty towels and cookware available! I will definitely be returning with friends!! Thanks Allen!

We had a great time. Condo was very clean! Loved the extras that they offered-beach towels, spices in the cabinets, board games, etc. Really enjoyed our stay. Communication was great!

Beautiful view inside and out. Located close to dining and attractions. Very clean. Allowed me to check in early which was great. Clear instructions on check in and check out. Nice amenities pool and hot tub. Coffee pot quit working immediately brought another. Great host. Would recommend and plan to return.

This condo was PERFECT for our family beach adventure/trip. It was just right for our family of 4, and the beach is just a couple of minutes away. My two kiddos also loved the pool! The condo is so comfortable, clean and we felt right at home. Our host was so great with communication ahead of our trip, as well as during it. The surrounding area and beach access was very family-friendly. We also took advantage of the on-site grills and cooked dinner a couple of times. I can’t recommend this place enough, and we will definitely use it again on our next trip! We love PCP!

After an unpleasant experience at a previous property and a last-minute scramble to find a new place for the weekend, Madeline was incredibly kind to accommodate my family and me, even at 11:00 PM. We were traveling for spring break, and her place instantly felt like home. It was beautifully furnished and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The only downside was that we had to leave so soon! Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality, we truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking with you again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed at Kristi's condo. The kitchen was well stocked and my daughters enjoyed the beach toys and floats. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of space. Beach service was very convenient! We reserved our chairs and umbrella upon arrival and didn't have to worry about it the rest of our stay. Everything was clean. Hardly any wait for elevators. Within walking distance to some great restaurants. We had no issues with parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Jessica's place is a gem located right on the beach front of beautiful PCB! If your goal is simply to enjoy the white sand beaches and turquoise waters, this is perfect and you never have to get into the car, unless you want to venture out. All basic necessities were provided ( other than groceries) including beach towels, beach chairs/umbrella and plenty of paper goods. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. Our floor was very quiet and overall the guests were quiet, peaceful and just there to enjoy the beach and multiple swimming pools on site. There are plenty of places to wash off the sand before you head back in and also a full gym on site. Thank you Jessica for opening your place for others to experience! We can't wait to be back!
