Beach condo holiday rentals in Lower Grand Lagoon

Great host, the apartment was perfect for us - comfortable, fabulous views from all rooms, and everything we needed with amenities. The condo building itself is clean and well maintained, as is the beach. Super impressed all around!!

We loved our time here. The space was clean and comfortable and the hosts were easily reachable. The area was perfect and everyone was super friendly!

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Joseph is an amazing host … quick to answer any questions and even messaged to make sure I was aware of some possible bad weather coming in. The walk to the beach was easy and fast. Did I mention how clean the place was…. Joseph takes pride in his home and it shows. Everything you need was in the condo. I will be staying here again.

My husband and I decided to celebrate our anniversary in Panama City and I gotta say…our stay was wonderful!!! The pictures matched what we saw in person except it was 10x better in person! We could see the beautiful beach from our room. It was very clean and check in instructions were very clear. All amenities stated are there. It’s a very private and reserved area, which we really loved. It felt safe. The Security crew at the little shack when you enter, were very attentive and nice. There were many breakfast restaurants around the area, that was a plus as we are big breakfast eaters! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone and everyone who is looking to book near PCB!!! 🏖️😎

I really enjoyed myself. The place was perfect. I will stay there again soon as soon as I get the opportunity. everything they said was true and they were very helpful. I reached out to Matt and he respond within 10 minutes. They went above and beyond no complaints here at all I will be staying there again in the near future.

So this trip was for my 19 yr old son and his friend for their Sr trip ... several spots wouldnt rent to us. Damion did ... I booked the place and everything was great ... the unit is right next to the pool and super close to everything else. I would recommend thos place to anyone!

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is a great location , easy to access, and quiet overall. Inside everything was clean and it felt like home. The use of the washer and dryer was a huge bonus plus the beach amenities, too! I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a marvelous stay! The location was right in the center of all the hot spots, and the amenities were fantastic! We loved riding around in the golf cart! For our first stay in Rosemary beach, the guidebook was fantastic at directing us to everything we needed to know! We will definitely be back!

Great place with very easy access to beach, which was particularly nice when we came in for lunch and to dodge the thunderstorm. Beautiful view from condo. Very clean and comfortable. AC unit was a bit loud when it kicked on at night, but not a big problem. We stayed when there was ongoing construction on the building but the only time it mattered was on the morning when we were leaving, as the workers were in the entry way between the elevator and parking lot. Definitely would go back.

Lidiya was an excellent host. Very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again for sure. I left behind some items and she mailed them back to me the same day.

The condo was very clean, well-supplied ,and furnished. The view is absolutely beautiful - so easy to enjoy from the back porch or inside the condo. There are 35 steps to the white sandy beach which is less crowded than some areas along 30A. Checking in and out was easy. Jessica is responsive to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wow! This condo was beautiful. Well thought out layout, especially for families with little kids. The view from the moment you walk in is breathtaking. One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed and it made it easy to feel like home away from home. Convenient location to many attractions and restaurants in the Panama City Beach area. This house was perfect for our Bachelorette trip!! The condo has the BEST Sandbar outside, and staff there were so friendly!! The condo was a perfect location from restaurants and things to do!! Ryan’s condo was wonderful and balcony was perfect to sit on and view the ocean!

Brent was exceptional throughout the process He gave very precise instructions from beginning to end and was very responsive to any questions or issue's we had. He forewarned about the mass entrance and exit of new and leaving guests so we just went to the room right after checkin and waited a couple of hours before moving our stuff in which was much easier. This condo is terrific and the view is gorgeous. Thanks Brent for making our visit seamless.
