Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Lower Grand Lagoon

We all enjoyed the place. 10 out of 10 for sure. Our next trip back we'll most likely book it again.

Here's a review based on the information you provided: --- We had a fantastic stay at Tracie's home! She was a wonderful host, and her place is conveniently located right across the street from the beach. Having typically stayed in Destin, we were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the Panama City Beach area is. The neighborhood is quiet and features a stunning beach with private access, which we truly enjoyed. When we weren't lounging on the beach, we loved relaxing by the amazing pool and backyard area. The location is also just a short distance down the beach from the pier boardwalk, where we found plenty of fun shops and restaurants, as well as delicious beachfront dining options. I highly recommend staying at Tracie's beautiful home and taking advantage of everything it has to offer. You won't be disappointed!

Host was very responsive, clean kitchen, and the bathrooms were clean. Only minor problems with the house itself with the old windows and glass doors.

We had a blast at Angie’s house. The property was beautiful and spacious and fit our family and group perfectly. The house is close to the beach (3 minute drive) and would recommend a golf cart or car to get there. Lots of dining options around. We enjoyed Santa Rosa Beach which is a little less crowded than other 30a beaches. I would recommend bringing a few extra necessities such as paper towels, trash bags etc as we ran out of the starter supply. Also, pool/beach towels as those weren’t provided. The pool and hot tub were very convenient and a great spot to relax after the beach. Overall it was a fantastic house and I’d recommend!

We have been traveling with friends to the Seabreeze Jazz Festival in PCB for five years. The first year we stayed on the 18th floor of a high-rise condo on the beach. At the end of our stay, we decided that did not suit us and we looked for a home to rent. We lucked out and found the Grey Narwhal which is where we stayed the following year. This year (2025) was our fourth consecutive year staying there and we are already booked for next April. The house is exactly as described. It is very comfortable with a kitchen full of all the amenities that we need. Everything in the house is good to excellent quality from the crockery in the kitchen to the bed linens and towels. There’s also some interesting reading material; if you choose to stay at the Grey Narwhal, look for the Ladybird books for adults on the shelf above the couch. Great reading! Paul and Janet are extremely responsive and friendly hosts and have given us great recommendations in the past. Looking forward to 26!

Absolutely 5 stars! This Airbnb just outside Rosemary Beach was everything our family needed for the perfect vacation—and then some. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with all the little extras that make traveling with kids easier (hello, beach chairs, towels, and even board games!). The location was dreamy—peaceful and private, yet just minutes from the charm and buzz of Rosemary Beach. We spent our days biking to the beach, watching sunsets, and making memories around the dinner table and fire pit. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, making us feel more like guests in a friend’s home than renters. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we left with full hearts, sun-kissed faces, and plans to return next year. If you’re looking for a special place to create lifelong family memories, this is it!

This was an excellent choice, we loved our stay and it was the perfect price. The house was lovely very nice bedrooms and living space, kitchen had all the inquiries needed to cook and felt like home. Would 100/10 recommend booking a stay here!

It was great the place was just like the pictures and as described. The area was peaceful and close to the beach and everything else. Adam was very helpful and gave clear instructions. Overall it was a nice place for the price !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Her unit was exactly as pictured, and the views from the terrace… Priceless!!! We are already making plans to schedule for next year. This by far is one of my favorite Airbnb rentals.

We had an incredible time here! The view from the condo balcony is stunning. Every morning we had coffee and watched the waves come in, even saw some dolphins. Steps to the white powdery beaches! There was a lot of other activities in the area; fun parks, piers, water sports (jet ski and board rentals all along the beach), fishing. Something for everyone. Walking distance to a couple great restaurants (recommended by our hosts) or a short drive to many other options. Out hosts were so responsive and proactive, offering lots of recommendations and keeping in contact frequently. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone. Thanks for hosting us!

We stayed in PCB for spring break two years ago at a different location and this unit was vastly different in the best way! Our hostess communicated very well from the beginning to the end our stay could not have been any better we had enough to do without it being overwhelming. The guest were respectful and friendly within the community. Security was top-notch and greeted us each time they saw us no issues entering the garage. We were able to park safely and securely and enter and exit without any issues. The unit was pristine, beautiful, and just like the pictures we will definitely return and recommend!!

The condo was everything it promises. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only suggestions would be provide pot holders and washcloths. We didn't feel comfortable using the outside grill. A few notes about the building itself. We felt it was not too guest friendly when checking in. All times of the day, luggage carts were kept locked and requested we leave a driver's license until cart was returned. Shopping carts required a refundable $5.00 token purchase.

Location was absolutely beautiful overlooking the ocean. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. My group and I had a blast. Will definitely check out this property again.
