Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Lower Bavaria

The spacious apartment is located in an old school building with lots of charm. We were able to share the garden and sit and eat on the large terrace in the evening and enjoy the beautiful view. We were greeted very warmly, the apartment is very well equipped, and if you like old houses and old furniture, mixed with modern elements, this is the place to be.

I was looking for an uncomplicated, clean and quiet room and found exactly that.

The family is so kind. We couldnt get the bus and they came to pick up. The room is so refreshing and a good view from the window. Apartment is so clean and quiet with all necessary items. We would like to visit again.

Very cozy apartment, it has its own small patio, two floors, all amenities needed and included secure parking. Roman is responsive and friendly host.

From the moment I booked, Renate was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The place itself was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking meals. I would highly recommend Renate's airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

I was warmly welcomed and said goodbye by Monika, as she knew I was there for photography, she left me a flyer from the Straubing Zoo - very attentive! In addition, more flyers were designed for food deliveries! The room had everything you need, incl. Fridge and small kitchen! Great! There was also a bathroom plan, as two long-term guests have to go to the bathroom at certain times - this prevents problems! Showering only works in the bathtub and not standing, but it works for a few days. All in all very pleasant and I would book again if I need a place to stay nearby!

Thank you again to Elisabeth and her family! Attentive and helpful from the first minute, we felt very comfortable. The large room, with kitchen, would also be ideal for a longer stay. Very clean, quiet and beautiful view from the balcony. I'd love to travel there again. :)

We had a super nice stay at the place again and can only recommend it! The host is super friendly and easy to reach, everything is cleaned daily, so you almost feel like in the hotel :) The amenities are great, nothing is missing. Thank you! We'll be happy to come back!
