Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The water heater provides approximately 50 L, which is equivalent to about a 7-minute shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom there is a bed of 120 cm and in the living room a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cabin is best suited for one person (hot water), but it can also accommodate two guests.

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Welcome! House more than a 100 years old by the church in Flädie, a quiet and peaceful village close to the western coastline of Skåne. Surrounded by a beautiful, private garden and colorful scanian fields in the spring and summer. Spacious and bright interior with 5 rooms, with the living room containing a wall-mounted 55" TV. Also a large washing machine supporting 8 kg of laundry can be found in a separate closet next to the bathroom.
