The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Cook, sit and enjoy, or sleep well in a nice and peaceful environment. Feel free to use the whole garden. There is a very good Italian restaurant in the village. Closed on Mondays. Now closed for holidays until 4 August. Good transport connections. Note: The railway is close by, which can be disruptive to those who are light sleepers. Smoking in the cabin and on the property is prohibited due to fire risk!

Idyllic house outside Lund/Malmö

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue.

Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The water heater provides approximately 50 L, which is equivalent to about a 7-minute shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom there is a bed of 120 cm and in the living room a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cabin is best suited for one person (hot water), but it can also accommodate two guests.
